We booked Comfort Express, Inc for our tour. We had the most amazing tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and personable. He informed us about the plans for the day. My children were able to ask questions and he answered every one of them. If we are ever in Brooklyn again, without hesitation, we will use Comfort Express, Inc again. These guys are great! They made it out within the appointment window, and locksmith was extremely friendly and professional. He got my lock open in less than 2 minutes and even gave me a free replacement padlock (because we're still not sure where the key for the original lock is). They also take fair price which just makes everything way easier. read full review »
