Now our unit works! From the initial call to the result, the technician and support team are so helpful. It wasn't the first time I'd had them do work for an ac service, but this was the first time I felt like I might have "a situation" on my hands. These folks took my concern seriously, told me what was going on and explained, clearly and simply, what my options were.
