On 1/21/10 I ordered two pairs of uggs and paid with my credit card online. On 1/27/10 I received an e-mail requesting pay pal information to process the order. The next day I received two pairs of poor quality fake uggs that were sized much smaller. I had to e-mail several times a day, several days in a row to a different e-mail that I found to get a response. However, the response made no sense to me.
