i have bought refrigerators with 5 year warranty (800$)from grewatti group in syria (mahmalgi distribution) and when the tape of the freezer is crash (magnetic tap of the door of the device did not work very will after one year of buying your product ) the customer service in Syria refuse to fix the problem with bad dealing with the consumer or end user and this occur will harm the reputation of lg in Syria after manny calles to the custmer services in syria they came and put hot watter on the door of the freezr and this is not usefull... read full review »
