My buurman het aanbouiings gedoen en het nie volgens sy plan gebou nie, wat derhalwe veroorsaak het dat die muur wat hy aangebou het nou emosies laat ontstaan het.Hy het my ook nie eens geraadpleeg nie of toestemming gevra nie.Ek het die saak met bogenoemde bespreek en verseker hy my dat daar geen fout is nie wat vir my voorkom asof die nou kant kies.

We were exited to go on holiday to a beach that we've never been before...Sodwana. Vehicle Mercedez 250 turbo diesel was taken to Lammers Service Centre July 2009 for enjin replacement and to overhaul the turbo. The enjin was at last replaced and I received my vehicle 19 March 2010. I immediately reported to the person owner Wimpy that the enjin makes a lot of noise more than the previous enjin, that it is smoking and that there was no power or turbo power driving the vehicle. I enrolled and paid for website development training with New Horizons on 26/07/2010 and have been promised for the past 11 months that training will be scheduled. I have been given many excuses that their Rosebank branch has closed down and that the training will have to be rescheduled elsewhere. I have a complaint with regards to the above Drs Sueing us for monies that was paid to them by our Medical Aid, According to our medical aid the Drs first submission was returned requesting them to re-send as there was Descepencies in the account. They did eventually re-send the account to the medical aid but in the interim sued us for the same amount and the medical aid duly paid them the R881.00 that they requested. The dealer sold me a Jeep Cherokee claiming it has was in a very good condition and that the kilos were 180K which infact were 190K but the battery was flat so we could confirm but to pay deposit to affirm my interest. A days after a cash purchase the car start loosing water and I sent it back the next business day. However the dealer still refuses to refund my R65K claiming he used it and readvertised the car. I took my Blackberry in for repairs 11 weeks ago. I was told it would take approximately 6 weeks to repair and return. I have been back to the store 3 times in the last 3 weeks and was told they would call me and no one did. I was also informed that the Manager would get a written note and she will call me back on Monday past. I don't have her name and to date no one has called me. I feel that the service is poor and the promises made have not been kept. I went to apply for a contract at Ottery Mtn on the 25/05/11 and was assisted by a Shameega. She advised that the application would take between 24-48hours to process and that I would get the phone then. When I called 2 days later she was not there and she had handed my application over to Wanita. Both of these ladies were completely clueless and not very helpful at all and the Shireenwho answered the telephone most times had no telephone etiquette. She was just as hopeless. During this period my laptop HEWLETT PACKARD COMPAQ 11 000 101.98 gave problems various times and I visited the IT Company frequently to see if they can assist me - which the IT company can confirm. We went to La Romantica in Durbanville on friday 10 June 2011 for a special occation. we waited 10 Minutes for someone to take our drinks order. when my wine arrived it tasted like ice has melted in it, in fact it tasted like water. I ordered the seafood platter for one and there was sand in my mussels and 3 of my prawns were not devained. the deep fried tentacles were inedable and the rest of the seafood has absolutely no taste at all.

When I called in to report that the product has made no difference I was shut down and told that Im lucky that she did my hair in the first place. I asked Nicola to redo it as the product never took, she said that my hair was a mess and had so many diffrent colours in. my argument is why was'nt this explained to me before she decided to do it and take my money. On the 24/25th of March 2011 I took my volvo truck to volvo Newcastle for repairs as it was showing warning light of oil. I have received several fines now from AARTO as i drive a company vehicle and JMPD is charging a tripled amount to companies so they can make more money that way. Most drivers are not aware of the nomination process and the reduction of the fine but i would just like to know, why is JMPD allowed to go ahead and charge a tripled amount in the first place?

My nephew subscribed to a website supported by Smartcall without my concern.
I received an sms that R20 was deducted from my account as that site charges R20 a day.
I sms's for them to unsubscribe me the same day, that was on the 7th of June 2011. On the 8th of June 2011 another R20 was deducted from my account once again. When I called the Call Centre I was sent from pillar to post and the Manager - Alicia Jonker refused to speak to me. The service was horrible all in all and I do not want to ever deal with SMART CALL ever again.

Since yesterday I have been without the use of any and all outgoing mobile services. Upon phoning the 24 hour customer service line, I waited for over a 2 hours in the hope that someone would pick up and tell me what is happening. I eventually gave up and disconnected the call.
