We lost internet in July 2010 as we had an old router. Movistar said they would send one out - it is now November 2010 and after 12 phone calls, each time promising we would get it in 10 days, we still have no router and am unable to use our internet. I have never know such a company to give terrible customer service. Since July we have been paying 69 euros each month for internet that we can't access without the new Movistar router. We offer our villa for holiday rental which includes internet, which we are unable to provide. We have had all our holiday makers complaining and giving us a bad review. read full review »

Vueling has really bad service and refund policy. As a regelar flyer between Barcelona and Amsterdam Im forced to use a lot of Vueling flights. I know they hardly fly on time so that isn't even a surprise anymore. During the Icelandic ash clouds they couldn't perform 4 flights that I was suposed to take. My account has stopped opperating from last september 4th and after several complains asking for costumer assistance (6 times actually), I still haven't heard from them. Imaginemissing all the information in your folders and being unable to get any mails in or out, loosing the contact with your family, friends, jobs, bank, everything. I went to Spain for 5 days to the Malaga region. I stayed in a hotel known as Sol Melia (or simply Melia) and it was a very bad experience. First, service at the Melia hotel was very bad. Second, the installations, in general, were pretty worn out. And third, when checking out, they had the wrong sum at the bill (of course in their favor!) and after a lot of arguing I still had to pay for an extra night I did not reserve. Stay away from Melia.
