I order a pair of boots from this website and have not received any boots. I received an email from the so called owner first. The email was a hello and welcome to the website. The email went on to state that the boots were UGGS, and what the company was about. I thought WOW! This email was 01/19/2011. The money on my credit card was taken out on 01/19/2011. The tracking number email was on 01/19/2011. As of today 02/06/2011 I have not heard anything from this company. I wish I had this complaint board before I used the website. read full review »

On 11/23/10 ordered $279.00 worth of merchandise . After approximatley 7 days I statred making contact because I never rec'vd a tracking number. Ordered dvds of the series All in the Family from a website tvdvdcloseout.com in early January 2011. I did receive a plastic case with a green copied label enclosed were 18 loose dvds. These are clearly burned copies, the quality is very poor and edited. I paid 75.00. I did not get what was advertised. I did have to sign for the package(dvds). I paid approximately 100 dollars canadian for a battery for a cf-72 panasonic toughbook on november 18, 2010. Weeks went by, and the battery never came. The person I was communicating with was named Andy. He kept telling me to be patient, and that the battery would come. Then he told me that Hong Kong post returned all of the packages and that I would recieve a refund in 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago.
