Avainca told my travel agent my flight was changed from 6 PM to 11:55 PM when i got the airport the plane left at 6 PM they made me pay $150. to change my ticket. They also rip off customers and charge them ten times the real medical bill and keep the profits. I only found out because my credit card company requested the transaction details and sent me a copy!! They also do not do very good surgery at all nor do they deliver what they promise!!
