adroitec is vendor from whom we purchased ZWCAD Professional 2010. before purchase process we co-ordinate d to Mr. Ninad Oak, representative & Senior Officer regarding their r some problems in zwcad & he replied "ur company is using dis software on 30 Days trial basis, 1ce u purchase d software u wont face any problems cause 30 day trial software comes with limited features". now its been 1&half year passed away & we r facing same issues with licensed software & Ninad Oak is no more responding in terms of support for d software we purchased from him or from adroitec.
Autocad 2011 LT vs. ZWCAD Professional 2011:
after facing d issues we recently bought Autocad 2011 LT & what a wonder all d files which r giving problems even in ZWCAD Professional 2011 those files r running perfectly & hassle free on Autocad 2011 LT.
Autocad 2011 LT & ZWCAD Professional 2011 were installed on same configuration PC with same kind of software. then also why ZWCAD creating problems to CAD files? before purchase of autocad we were discussing abt issues we r facing in zwcad & Ninad Oak said there is some problems in PC & Security Product which we installed (Norton Internet Security 2011) is creating Issues. Mr. Ninad Oak even said this dat adroitec having a official letter from Symantec Noton regarding their security product slows down PC & 2nd thing is why only our company facing problems with ZWCAD! their r so many clients we sold ZWCAD but no1 is Complaining. Director of d company Mr. Parag Bhandare said why dont u show d client list to whome u sold ZWCAD. Ninad said ok sir i will mail u dat list but till date 23Apr2011 we haven't received any client's name nor a solution on problems we r facing.
after purchase of autocad i shown Mr. ninad autocad is working perfectly with d same files & on Norton Installed PC why there r no issues with autocad lt 2011. & he stoped responding to us. his not even picking up our phone except for any sales or purchase inquiry.
THIS Complaint Details IS D PROOF OF ZWCAD 2009, 2010 & 2011 SOFTWARE IS FACING SOME SERIOUS BUG ISSUES WHICH R NOT SOLVED BY PARENT COMPANY ZWCAD Software Co., Ltd. HENCE NINAD OAK IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT.
WE INVESTED SOME OF 1, 20, 000 INR BUT WE R NOT GETTING ANY SATISFACTION & WORK/TIME LOSS WE FACED CAUSE OF DIS ZWCAD IS DIFFERENT STORY.
