DHL. in Khartoum Sudan.
They donot follow the rules of DHL. We are a big company in Sudan dealing with DHL. for long time but unfortunately The DHL. in Sudan has a very bad reputation and very bad management . Only they collect money illegally. If you have a parcel they dont call you are deliver the parcel to you and follow a bad practice that we didnot see in other countries. They dont call you when you have a parcel to find a chance to collect from you grounding charges . Do you believe that I have a parcel weight 1.6 lbs and they didnot call me but by tracking the no. on the same they of arrival I went to collect the parcel I found them asking me a ground charges 31000
pounds and at the same time I found different people complains from the same and the DHL refuse to hand over the parcel to you unles they receive the charges in addition to uneducated management.
Please There should be urgent action against this to avoid bad reputation to DHL.
