One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.the team from Attic Cleaning was responsive, professional and just plain nice.They came out to fix an area in my basement and the crew did a great job - fast and complete. I had to call them back to fix another area, and it was pretty urgent due to the bitter cold weather. They came out the SAME DAY! Explained everything to me, gave me a reasonable quote and got the job done. Amazing. I would recommend Attic Cleaning Los Angeles to anyone who has an insulation issue that they need addressed. Overall the team of Attic Cleaning Los Angeles performed in a very professional matter. They explained what and when they would be doing, and established high quality two-way communication by encouraging me to ask questions. At the end I was given a tour of the two attics. It appears that the abnormal condition of the attic was the source of my severe allergy, as I have been sneeze-free today in my house for the first time in ages. In the initial appointment they were very thorough in inspecting my attic and explaining what should and would be done.
