Bahrain Airport Reviews

Poor Ethics
On December 17, I reached the airport hoping to receive my mother who was travelling from India via Dubai. I went up to the customer service in order to get the receipt done for Visa service/Immigration. The cost of the service is 3 dinar and there is an additional 5 dinar as an immigration charge. I got everything ready for that and went up to the customer service to submit the original visa so they can give it to the immigration inside the airport. After doing so, the guy at the counter asked me to wait for the arrival. Surprisingly the Emirates flight was on "Provisional" ( Providing or serving for the time being only, existing only until permanently or properly replaced). After waiting for three and a half hours finally the flight arrived. At that moment I went to the customer service again to find out if all the paperwork was in its place and the guy assured me the visa is on its way to the immigration counter and he asked me to take a seat. I left the counter with a happy smile and started eagerly waiting for her arrival. But even after half an hour when I could not see her, I went back to the customer service and found a new guy "Fadel" tending the counter. When I asked him, his facial expression changed and he showed me the visa still being at the counter. You can understand what went through my mind at that time! When I asked him why the visa was still here at the counter he started yelling at me because it was not his responsibility to check that! It was my fault that even after getting the confirmation from the other guy, why didn't I come and rechecked!!! Even though I tried to explain it to him, he was adamant on whatever he was yelling about. The process was getting delayed by every minute. Then I received a call from my mother who was waiting there already. That was the moment when I started losing my patience. I asked "Fadel" to stop this immediately and to send someone at the immigration counter. He was rather reluctant and told me that they were short handed. I asked him to call his messenger several times when he started yelling at me again saying, I don't care about my own mother, I am chilling out here at the airport without enquiring (where as his colleague assured me that the visa was on its way and that I should take a seat and just waiting). And then finally he picked up the phone to call someone and again I was surprised when he told the person on the phone to take his own time because no other visa needs submission (in Arabic). I am in Bahrain for the past 5 years and got the privilege to learn Arabic so yes I could understand him clearly. So I asked him to not to lie and delay further and closed my ears from his chattering. Then he asked me to leave the counter as I was blocking the computer range?!? I said a prayer silently to keep my head calm. The messenger eventually arrived after 15 minutes and took the visa from there. And then finally my mother arrived here in Bahrain.
Now my question is to the authorities: What is wrong? Why is it like this? If the employees are not ready to work then why are they sitting at the Customer Service counter. It is very disturbing for anyone to even talk to a person so immature and ill behaved! Kindly hire people who are worthy of the job and shows some respect. There are lots of qualified people waiting to get a job, give them a chance.
