Fradulaent Advertising
I ordered the High Blood Pressure Remedy Report from Barton Publishing which stated in the ad:

"Learn Exactly How To STOP High Blood Pressure And Eliminate Your Risk Of A Heart Attack Or Stroke, In Just A Few Short Days, Using A Step By Step Natural Home Remedy - With No Worry, No Wasted Money, No Pain, and No Harmful Drugs..."

This small pdf download included no step by step process or home remedy and offered no way to lower your blood pressure in a few short days. All it really contained was a collection of mostly nutritional information that can be found for free on many websites. This actually isn't a bad product, but it is overpriced and does not give the information that it's advertisement claims.

passing on credit card details
I purchased a report on GERD on line from Barton Publishing for US$19.95 which I paid for on line. They are the only company who had this information and since, WellnessWatchersMD have deducted US$29.95 (£20.08 plus 0.56 £commission) from my accoun t without my authorisation, I h ave never purchased anything from them, I can only assume that Barton have passed on these details illegally. Everyone should be alerted to this scam.

overcharging
I too purchased a PDF format medical report from Joe Barton and after a couple of weeks I've been hit with a US$29.95 charge from WelnessWatchersMD on my credit card. I went back to my e-mails and found one classified as spam, from welnesswatchersmd, telling me that I've received a 14 days free trial membership and if not canceled in that period, my credit card will be charged monthly. When ordering from Barton Publishing, I don't remember being told that I'll be charged in the future for services I didn't ask or that my credit card details will be passed to someone else.
I've sent e-mails to both Barton Publishing and WelnessWatchersMD to cancel this so called membership and to refund me the money they took but had no response at all at the moment.
I want to mention that a couple of years ago I also bought a "get rid of kidney stones" report from Joe Barton and it worked for me, so I don't know why he started to involve his name into this sort of dishonest practices.

refund
In respect of a purchase made for a remedy on

www.getridofkidneystones.com Joe Barton offers a full refund if his "remedy" doesn't work - well it didn't and I notified him several times requesting a full refund, Joe Barton states "100% gauranteed results or pay nothing" - well I paid, tried the remedy - twice and it din't work. I e mailed the stated address four times and not even a repsonse - let alone the refund. Also they ripped me off additional charges for wel watch MD - and continued to charge my credit card - because I failed to unscubscribe - I thought it was junk mail, not monthly subscription. Any websites stating 100% refund must honour the deal. I await response to my mail!

Continuing to charge credit card after service cancelled
I originally ordered an article from Barton Publishing. They sent more than I requested and credited the amount. Now I am getting a monthly charge for nothing.

Beware!
I purchased a book online from Barton Publishing for $19.95 after paying the conversion rate of $24.86 I now find that WelwatchMD 5916383-V have charged me an extra $46.67 for the convenience of buying this book online. THIS IS A BLOODY BIG RIP OFF! Now I find that I cannot get my money back no matter how hard I try.
I am thinking of taking legal action against this company to stop them from doing this time and time again!
