I had a smile makeover at this clinic. Its not top notch work as they promise its pitiful and looks terrible. I paid close to 8000 dollars to do it and almost all of teeth will need to be redone at triple the costs. Dr. Arzate left open margins around my veneers and crowns. Dont let them suck you into his "HOLLYWOOD SMILE" shpeeeeeel. They pressure people into it and advise people to get them because they make more money that way. A money dental tourism scheme for sure. Dont go on a dental tourism trip to dr german arzate at cancun cosmetic dentistry / cancun top dental. I will never recommend that place.

I received very poor dental work and care by Dr. German Arzate Garza at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry clinic also known as Dental Maya, Miracle Dentures and Cancun Top Dental. All the dental work he performed is now being redone in Canada. The work to repair the damage consists of replacement of all crowns, crown lengthening, gum surgery and tooth extraction. I also had to have surgery to remove plastic particles left imbedded in my upper gums, laser surgery and two rounds of anti-biotics to fight infection caused by his work. I asked for veneers but was prepped for crowns. The crowns I received are of poor quality, metal based, ill fitted, large in size and very white (they do not match the color of my bottom teeth).
I was led to believe that German Arzate is an accredited fellow of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Medical Tourism Association (as stated on his websites) but I have recently learned he has NO such accreditation…the Medical Tourism Association does not even give accreditation! I am very disappointed and appalled by these false claims and I wish I had done a more thorough check before embarking on a dental tourism trip to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry clinic to see Dr. German Arzate. I cannot in good conscience recommend this doctor or clinic after what I have experienced.
