I've been contemplating getting liposuction for quite sometime. I work out and have a very healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately there were just certain areas of fat that regardless of my exercise and diet were not going away. My trouble spots were my inner thighs, tummy and back. After doing my research by looking at countless before and after photos and getting a few recommendations from friends who themselves had undergone liposuction, I decided to book my surgery with Dr. Haworth. His office staff was very helpful and professional. All my questions and concerns were addressed during my consult. His fees are not cheap but certainly worth the investment. It's your body after all and you don't want to cut any corners when it comes to saving on cosmetic procedures. I now have a smooth flat stomach, my thighs don't rub together and my back has no more rolls. My recovery was very manageable and had zero complications. Still waiting for some of the bruising to subside but that's completely normal. I can now fit into skinny jeans with ease and feel so confident about my body now.

Simply put, Dr. Haworth is an inspired and surgical artist. After four nose jobs I gave up especially after Dr. Gunter and Toriumi in Chicago said nothing further could be done. Dr. Haworth was very honest saying I would have at best a 60 to 70% improvement. He did not perform a computer image since he already liked my "angles" and size of my nose compared to the rest of my facial features. He also said that I may need further minor touchups through fillers after the surgery.-Unlike other doctors-I got to admit that I liked his very straightforward approach. The morning of surgery, Nancy, his nurse was so caring and even gave me two blankets and a heater to make sure I was comfortable as well as hold my hand. After the surgery, I was very scared because my nose looked worse in the cast and once that was removed, I have to admit, I was unimpressed. $15,000 just to look the same,if not worse? However, by the end of the third week, (he injected some Cortizone) my nose started to take shape and The nose I always dreamed of magically appeared. What makes a good practice, marketing and caring. What makes a great surgeon, caring and skill as well as an artistic vision. I met the right doctor and could not recommend him highly enough. The only thing that I was annoyed at were the long wait times, but in the end it was incredibly worth it

Dr. Randal Haworth promotes himself as an "artist" and a Beverly Hills celebrity doctor and charges very high prices, yet he is nothing more than a self promoting psychopath with a good PR company that gets him little spots on stupid TV shows. Perhaps if he spent more time actually practicing medicine rather than trying to get on TV he'd have better surgical skills but he really doesn't care about that as long as he gets your money. For close to $30,000, he performed several procedures on me and botched every one horribly. He left big gouges from poorly performed, overly aggressive liposuction all over my body. He scarred the skin from underneath by burning it with laser lipo which has left me with permanent hypopigmentation in addition to the scars from the canula incisions. He also sucked too much fat from the back of my thighs which has caused a deep crease beneath my buttocks that extends all the way to my outer thighs. He reshaped my earlobes and left both earlobes looking deformed and unnatural, yet both are different from the other. He was supposed to do a minor alteration to the tip of my nose and instead removed most of the tip cartilage resulting in what I can only describe as a pig's snout (Thankfully I have been able to have this fixed). As soon as the surgery was over I never heard from him again, even though I had a scheduled post op appt that he did not keep. There was no "post operative care" or "doctor relationship" to speak of. I have never been treated this poorly at any business, let alone by a "doctor" that I gave such a large amount of money to who is supposed to abide by a code of ethics. It was only when he saw a negative online review that I wrote that he contacted me, and then it was to do his best to discredit me. Never once did he offer any sort of refund of his outlandish fees even though I've now spent more than double that amount and more than two years trying to correct his mistakes. He patrols the internet and fights to have any negative reviews removed, and constantly has his staff posting glowing positive reviews about him. You can tell because they're often pulled. His Yelp rating is now 1 star (with 20 something filtered fake reviews) but other doctor rating sites are full of his BS. BEWARE. He does his best to try to discredit and bully his victims who post the truth about him online and has even gone so far as to post "crazy sounding" bad reviews of himself so that he can just write off any negative commentary as "the work of a few crazy patients with an axe to grind". Why do you think he has so many furious patients? Maybe because he has destroyed many lives in the pursuit of his own greed and ego. This review will probably vanish soon, as they all do, but I hope that one day he is made to pay for what he has done. He is truly a monster.
