cREDIT CHARGE
mY BANK CALLED AND SAID THAT THREE CHARGES HAD BEEN MADE FOR A GAME CALLED sANDY sHOAL. i ONLY WANTED TO BUT IT ONCE, NOT THREE TIMES!! aND IT DID NOT EVEN UNLOCK THE GAME . i WANT THE ENTIRE AMOUNT DELETED FROM MY CREDIT CARD AND i AM GOING TO CALL MY BANK AGAIN AND TELL THEM i COULD NOT USE THE PHONE NUMBER THEY GAVE ME TO CALL YOU. unauthorization of credit card
I had a credit of file at facebook for Adversitsitment of an Ad.
I was learning how to play a game and my credit card was charged for $147.00. I have sent several email but was unsuccesful to inform them of the error. How do I get my refund? Patricia 240-461-4329. They have no customer service only voice mail with an incorrect email address.

disabled account without warning or justified reason
Here is the latest message I have sent to facebook after being disabled with no warning and for no reason since I have not violated any terms or conditions. Facebook doesnt provide its users with a useful means to contact them with any issues and doesnt communicate back with you when you do use their means. I have researched that there are hundreds and thousands of folks in the same boat as I am and this is poor customer service. I have been left no choice but to use any means to get the word out about this before it happens to many more. Please back up your photos, videos, contacts and everything else important to you because you can be cut off at any time without resolution.

Hello over the past week I have send numerous reports about my account being disabled. the help feature and this reporting system have not been helpful. I do not know why I have been disabled so i cannot pinpoint how to take action but contacting facebook is not working. i received a standard answer on my first complaint about the issue which said that you couldnt help me until i provided the correct email address because the one i provided did not match an account that was disabled. This email address is the only one i have ever used to log into my account which leads me to believe that there is a serious security issue here. Without warning in the middle of using my page last week it was disabled and the only reason i was alerted to it was when attempting to log in. This came one day after I logged into a computer at best buy while deciding on whether to buy one or not and i believe i logged off successfully. i can only imagine that maybe my account was broken into. I have never posted any inappropriate content and have only been warned a time or two about adding my friends too quickly. This is hardly a reason to disable me without warning or explanation. I have been cut off from communication with important friends and family. Almost 800 friends who have been contacting me asking why I deleted my page and worried about me. I have also lost a lot of personal and irreplaceable content to include 80+ photo albums with thousands of photos, videos, poems ive written myself. All very important to me. I am urging facebook to respond and contact me with resolution to this issue. I would like my account enabled and restored to the position in which it was when my service was interrupted. An explanation on why this interruption in my life occurred would be appreciated and if I did something wrong a warning would suffice unless I was erroneously accused of something in which case a chance to refute it would be ideal but in either case a resolution instead of cutting me off would be more of a way to handle a customer. I am a Chief in the Navy going on 21 years and work in customer service. While researching this issue it has come to my attention that hundreds of users suffer from the same situation that I am in. There should be away to improve this aspect of your service. With all the major companies who sponsor and use facebook and keep it running improvements should always be looked at. No company wants to see that a business they are part of is treating their loyal customers this way. It isn’t good for business. A company should always have a way for its customers to contact them, email, phone, a help desk of some sort of which facebook has none and the help portion of the site yields no results. I have been patient, sending messages repeatedly to get someone to talk to me with no result. I am not opposed to trying to resolve my issue and at the very least bring light to it through any channels necessary such as spreading the word through my hundreds and thousands of Sailors as well as the army, marines, air force and coast guard or going to the local media to start with but I would like to resolve this issue privately with facebook since I thoroughly enjoy the service. I have been loyal and even supported facebook by spreading the word to family and friends and spending money on certain portions of facebook. I urge you to please communicate with me and resolve this issue so I can continue to use this service and have access to my personal files and contact with my family and friends.

I want to ask why are my chips 700 m more in ben, .. I though there was no illegal transfer, I play six people my computer suddenly cut off, after I go back there was exposure of the DOH, after I go back my chip was minus 9 M, help is on the follow up.

highjacked account
My account was highjacked by someone who got in and changed the contact email address and my password--then erased my cellphone number and all other security identifiers before I knew it--3 days after I updated all of my Norton Internet Security. Now they are soliciting my friends for money, and I am blocked out. There is virtually no way to contact anyone at Facebook to prove that I am who I am and the person who highjacked my account is a hacker. I have tried, repeatedly, but get no response from them.
My email was also highjacked (even though the 2 accounts are completely seperate and have different passwords). But I pay for email (msn), called the Microsoft 800 number, and got that resolved in 15 minutes.
Facebook acts as though I am the intruder, despite my efforts to prove that

CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been a huge supporter of Facebook. I was even one of the few people in the world who would have gladly paid a small monthly fee in order to use Facebook as I have gotten back in touch with friends I have not seen in years, met family members I never even knew I had, made some excellent military contacts (as I am an active reservist in the US Army). However, several weeks ago my account was flagged and I was suspended from adding anymore friends when I was adding friends from my graduating class - people that I went to high school with. I have gotten multiple warnings over the last few weeks that I was behaving in a way that Facebook considered annoying - JUST BECAUSE I AM AN ACTIVE AND AVID FACEBOOK ENTHUSIAST!!! Tonight, I was on Millionaire City Forum and was adding friends WHO WANTED TO BE ADDED PUTTING "PLEASE ADD ME" ON THEIR MESSAGE so that I could build my city - the same goal they all had or they would not have requested to be added as friends in the first place. After adding approximately 10 other Millionaire City players ALSO LOOKING FOR MILLIONAIRE CITY FRIENDS, I received a message that my ability to send or receive messages was suspended due to repeated abuse!!! I understand that Facebook is responsible for deterring spam activities. However, I HAVE IN NO WAY EVER PARTICIPATED IN PASSING ON SPAM OR DONE ANYTHING THAT WOULD BE CONSIDERED ANNOYING TO ANY OF MY FACEBOOK FRIENDS OR POTENTIAL FRIENDS!!! It is also even more frustrating that with over 300 people in my graduating class, I can send friend requests to only a couple a week for fear of my Facebook account being deleted. It is also completely unacceptable that a business such as Facebook whose business is "people" has absolutely no customer service in place to help the people who use their business (and used to love it and not just tolerate it because of the benefits of staying in contact with friends and family and fellow application users) when their own business does not do right by their own customers. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Privacy policy failure
I have been getting messages from FamilyTree since 3/31/10 (See Picture 1) and I have tried to have it blocked since June of this year and now it is the end of August. No matter how many times I have requested to disable their e-mails, they keep coming. My question remains WHY?. It appears that you have absolutely no control on this matter even though you claim that you do. Its really not a recommendation that you can control what comes to any members mail so why do you claim otherwise. Of the many e-mails that I have sent to you on this matter, I have only a response to the first one where you suggested that I send screen shots of the e-mails and my request to disable them. I have done that and in addition I have forwarded each of them to your troubleshooting team hoping that you can obtain information from the headings that would help you in this matter. Will this ever be resolved?

Facebook Account Problems
I have a Facebook Account online. When I get someone who want to know more about me, they wants me to add them as a friend on Facebook. If I get someone on "People You May Know" list that I see to be a good match or relates to me, I would add them to my page.

But in the last two weeks now I've be unable to add those who want me to add them or unable to send out a request to those that are on my "People You May Know".

When I called Facebook I get the run around from anyone with no answers and when I email Facebook about the problem I am having I get nothing back from Facebook.

I know there's some who aren’t into the whole social media thing, but when I want to answer a request from someone who wants to know more about me or likes the same hobbies I do then I should be able to add them as a friend and interact with them; that’s how you start becoming friends.

Facebook should be more friendlier to those who have accounts and not give us problems that might defriend Facebook.
