hello there! My name is Tina Derrico and i have viewed my credit card statement and on my statement there were $399 dollars worth of purchases done and within seconds of each other, I did not authorize anyone to use my credit card for such purchases and request my refund for these purchases I have all dates when the charges had first started and everything. There were multiple for 49.99, one or two for 19.90 and one or two for 9.90 all of these have come to a total of $399, I request that someone get in contact with me regarding this matter as I am very upset about this and hope that it can be resolved. In the meantime I will keep a close eye on my credit statement to make sure there are no further purchases. Thank you for your attention in this matter..

Over $600 have been taken out of my account without my premission

Facebook, is not monitoring their system very well. I have recieved a trojan and various other malware from using their game apps; to include now they have added pop-up sponsorship which is impeading in the loading of pages, creating refreshing automatically to redirect you to another http site. This is very frustrating as this is a very recent problem. I submitted a complaint against the free 350 FMoney for farmville, only to end up with nasty trojan; luckily for me I have virus protection that caught it. My patience is running thing...as I try to log in, play apps and post and with no avail nothing! Facebook, you need a better server/website monitor; one that has a built in virus protection, and as for your ads; leave it to one or two with out interfering with the page. I am ready to hit the delete account and be done with this site as the headaches are more than I can bear with this site. It was a good idea, but now as a greedy unmonitored system, cyber bullying to include virus rampage I will have no choice but to advocate against instead of for!

This company is on facebook as a click on link, which does ask for info such as cell phone #'s I am not sure if I put my # on this site or if it was pulled off through my connection through facebook!!! But this company sent me a link to my Cell phone in a 5 digit code which I opened and saw that it was more or less a trash text so I deleted it without reading the full content of this text!!! With that being said, I then begain receiving charges to my phone that I had just gotten a month or two before which carries a data plan!!! So when extra charges from this text and one other named medical, which was a Dr.Oz link call medical on facebook as well I noticed a large increase in my cell phone bill!!! At this time I just thought it was extra charges due to my new data plan!!! But no!!! Instead it was something that was sent to me that just looked like a link that was sent as an optional choice to sign up or just delete, then when verizon told me of the scam, they said oh no it is a link that if you do not post back STOP back to this sneaky lil site then it begins a monthly service charge of $9.99 !!! Which has been added since the beginning of my new data plan, up to the amount of approximately $100.00!!! I now have my account blocked from all of these sites, but am still out $100.00!!! I want my money back!!! I feel that this was a sneaky underhanded way of tricking the consumer to take advantage of people who facebook for fun!!! Thank you

I have 3 charges on 2-22-11 for $50.00 1 charge on 2-23-11 for $50.00 and 1 charge on 3-2-11 for $9.60. These are charges that I haven't made. Someone has apparently stole my credit information. I have had to contact my bank and have my card shut off. Now I am waiting for you to gime me my money back.

Facebook is a 25 billion dollar company, you should be able to afford to hire costomer service rep's to answer our questions on the phone.
