FireClean, Inc. is a structure and contents cleaning services company located in Rockville, Maryland. Established in 1996, FireClean offers 24/7 emergency services to insurance companies who require fire and water restoration, mold and odor remediation, and a wide variety of repair services for businesses and home-owners throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia, and northern Virginia.

FireClean is a certified, licensed company and a member of ASCR (Association of Specialists in Cleaning Restoration), NAPC (National Association of Professional Cleaners), as well as a registered firm with the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification).

While FireClean is best known for its detail cleaning after fire and water loss, we also specialize in HVAC puff back clean-up, structural repairs, and general construction.

Laura Jimenez
President

The strength and integrity of Fireclean starts at the top. Owner and operator of Fireclean, Laura Jimenez is Native American by ancestry and Mexican-American by birth. She is a resident of Rockville, Maryland and the mother of three children. Laura worked at NIH as an animal technician in Bethesda before starting Jimenez General Cleaning Services, Inc., T/A Fireclean, and a structure and contents cleaning Services Company, in 1996.FireClean specializes in emergency assistance after fires, floods, and weather-related property damage.

Laura's reputation for providing swift response to customer's needs and for her attention to detail has made Fireclean the choice of individuals and companies who want first-class service. Laura's experience, coupled with her perpetual training in all areas of detail cleaning in homes and businesses, guarantees that the work will be performed correctly and promptly.

Berenice Castillo

Berenice joined fireclean as a member of the cleaning team and worked her way up to office manager and handles the day to day office operations, including scheduling of jobs and customer inquiries She has learned the Xactimate estimating system and during times of heavy volume writes cleaning and repair estimates, she has attended IICRC water and fire classes and has a vast knowledge of the cleaning aspect of the business.

Shahin Batmanglich

Although Shahin has been working with FireClean for a number of years, he recently joined Fireclean to help in the areas of re-modeling and general repair. While contents and structure cleaning are the mainstays of our business, general repair is rapidly a growing sector at Fireclean

Shahin is a registered architect since 1985 in the tri-state area as well as a licensed general contractor experienced in both commercial and residential fields. His vast experience includes construction of new homes, remodeling old homes, shopping centers, office buildings, churches, restaurants, and hotels.

Our Team FireClean's staff is well trained and certified in the proper techniques of smoke and fire mitigation, mold remediation, and odor elimination. Whether the need is for plumbing, electrical, structural repair, dust-free demolition, or detail cleaning of contents and inventory, our hard-working team is committed to excellence.
