Ordered an arrangement online to be deivered on Valentine's Day. Never showed up, no call or email from the company. I called their "customer service" line twice only to sit on eternal hold (over 30 minutes) each time before hanging up in frustration. I had used a one time use credit card limited to the price of the flowers, so happily they were only able to charge me for the price of the arrangement. My gut feeling was "ripoff site" before I ordered, but sadly I overlooked my instincts and ordered anyway. Live and learn.

Satisfaction guaranteed NOT!
I ordered flowers early in the morning for a coworker starting off with a rough day. She was in tears over some things that happened with her boss. I requested the same day delivery as allowed online and made the payment of $63.47. I asked that the flowers be delivered by 4:30 p.m., before I leave work so that I may see them. By 2:30 no flowers. I call the 800 number. Some person that I could barely understand comes on the line and takes my information and tells me someone will call me back. I just wanted an ETA of the flowers. My friend has been down in the dumps all day. So I give them an hour and call back again at 3:30. They transfer lines with folks who act as though they have pull, but ultimately they take the same information down and tell me someone will "call me back." I don't want a call back, I want my friend to get her flowers. This sucks. Then finally at 4:00 my friend comes over and gives me a hug. Because she has her flowers??? NOOOOO! Because those idiots called her and asked if they could deliver them to her? What? What kind of stupid *ish is that? It was supposed to be a surprise and these dummies called her? Why didn't they call me? I was about to place another order with FTD for flowers for my mom's birthday this coming Saturday, but that will not be happening now.

After my grandfather had organs removed from cancer, I sent flowers. The bear that came with it read "baby boy." As if he had just given birth! I called and called, all I got was statements showing that they had been delivered. Their system sucks. The company is really unorganized and you can't actually speak to a customer service person. They need to go out of buisness, fast.
