Same thing happened to me, but I never ordered anything either by email nor by phone.
This is a FRAUD and should be repported.
BTW, there should be a "NO STAR" choice on "Rate it"

Unauthorized Charge
I was browsing through a website called www.directbuydiscounts.com and I was charged $66.67 and $11.98 for absolutely nothing. I did not sign up for anything nor did I order anything. This ad popped up on Facebook.com. Please have this company shut down and have them refund all the money they are stealing from hard working people like myself. I need this money to live on!

50$ over charge credit card
Hi;
Sorry about my inglish.
Two weeks ago I order one set of Wonders Anger from GPM Merchandise Direct for a value of about 25.$ everything include by credit card and they charged me 82.70$.
I phone them and they tell me it was for an other promotion they where offer in the same time, the problem is I never accept any other promotion except those Wonders Angers for 25.$.
They tell me you will have to return us the stock I din't haske for, but the big problem with that Company is it will cost me around 10.$ and maybe more for the postage and they will credit me after a few week or month.
Thats very bad way to procede in business its unfair and we don't have any recours from here in Canada agains a Company from USA and they know it will cost lots of money to put them in justice court.
So, what can I do?

OVER CHARGE ON VISA
I ORDERED SINGLE ITEM "AS SHOWN ON TV" FOR THE AMOUNT OF 19.95 AND THE ABOVE COMPANY SENT ME TWO OF THE SAME AND INVOICED MY VISA FOR 57.43. I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO VISA AND WILL BE DISPUTING THE AMOUNT AND REPORTING THIS COMPANY AS FRAUDULENT. I HAVE CANCELLED MY VISA NUMBER SO NO FURTHER CHARGES WILL BE PUT ON THIS CARD AS THIS COMPANY HAS A HISTORY OF DOING THIS. I HAVE THOUGHT OF GOING TO THEIR OFFICE, BUT SO FAR WILL LET VISA HANDLE THIS.

credit card fraud
My bank account was charged $42.89. I called the number and asked what it was for. It took a long time for the person to give me and answer and then said it was for Bumpits, for the hair. I told them I did not order it and they said it was already shipped and that I would have to send it back for credit. Well, I have never received anything and I am stuck with the amount already taken out. I am considering cancelling my card and getting another number. I pulled this company up on the internet and you should check out the complaints they have on these people. And obviously they are getting by with it.
