Bad Delivery Service
Dear Sir,

COMPLAINT ...

I ordered a delivery from Hardees Egypt Alexandria Somuha Branch from this web site http://msn.otlob.com
today 8/8/2010 my Order was @ 2:39 am and i wait 45 minutes i did not receive my order then i called Hardees hot line they told me my order is on the way within few minutes will be there i wait 20 minutes more also my order doesn't appear i called the restaurant they told me few minutes now it is 4:45 am my order does not come to me and i am keep calling them the employee name answering me is Kareem and i am calling 19066 the hot line for Hardees

i am sorry but this is the last time ordering from hardees and up to now i did not receive any call from hardees Egypt

NO RECEIPT GIVEN MY CASHIER
Hello,

I am currently the owner of Subway. I have been to Hardees Willoughby yesterday i.e Monday 12th July 2010 at 7:15 pm. I ordered combo no 1 and I asked for the receipt. The cashier told me that the receipt was in the bag and the food was given to me in a good time. When I reached home I searched the hardees bag but there was no receipt. The cashier name was Nicole as stated on her name tag.

Just want to tell you that watch your business as I am also the owner and know what happens when no receipt is given to customers.

I have been a regular customer at Hardee's in SHeridan, AR but about a year ago i started noticing a woman working night shift and she's awful! She makes the rudest comments (loud enough for customers to hear) and the many times that we've had dinner there, we have had to sit and watch her and young teenagers act a fool! When i asked another worker her name, they said Joyce Hugins and that she was a shift leader or manager on night shift. A few of the disturbing things that we've witnessed her let go on in Hardee's at night are: letting teenagers take pictures behind counter (some of which they are kissing, grabing each other and other inappropriate gestures); cussing allowed; texting or just messing with her phone while preparing food and/or taking orders; letting the teenagers film eachother while working... and there's many more. After 4 years of going to Hardee's 5days out of the week, We are to the point that we are going to find somewhere else to dine in if somthing isn't done soon. This has all gotten way out of hand!!!

New chicken tenders
I have seen the ads for the chicken tenders. On the connercial they look really good. I stopped at the Pennington location on Friday night around 9:30 and ordered 2 of the 5 piece tenders these cost 10.98. When I got home the tenders were VERY small. The original tenders had been cut in half before cooking. I was very disapointed and will NOT order from the resturant again. I don't care to pay for food but I expect to get what I pay for!!!

slow on order/half made
my husband and i went to hardees for breakfast. we both ordered a big breakfast gravy meal combo. the lady said she would bring our tray to us and that we could sit down. so when she finally brought our tray she then informed us that the hash browns where not done yet and she would bring them as soon as they were done. we started to eat our meal waiting on our hash browns, we finished our biscuit and gravy and still no hash browns..why on earth would you serve someone a meal when it is not all there..my husband went to complain & the lady acted like it was no big deal..what kind of service is that from a place that charge a lot for a combo meal & only give you half of your food? come on hardees !! shape up!! no wonder people are bad mouthing you all the...

no supplies
we visit Hardees on W.Parker Rd. at least 3 times weekly. arrived this morn.5/19/10.ordered hash rounds, gravy biscuits and coffee. at the self serve area, no coffee, no catsup, and the self serve area flooded with coke and ice and water...had to get back in line to get catsup and coffee, got to the table with order, out of knives, no table had napkins, seats not wiped off while 2 employees sat at tables eating their food..if this is distributors fault, find another, if managers fault for lack of ordering early enough, find another mgr..

bad management
i am an ex employee there and the manager shawna has been a manager from hell. she will change the schedule without letting you know about it and then yell at you if you are late, she yells at her crew in front of customers and belittles them just as bad. after many complaints and comment from the customers to her and her boss she is still employed there like nothing has phased her treating her employees just the same as usual. please dont apply there and if you can please dont give the business, because i truely believe they need to be shut down completely.

workers
i have ate several times at this esablishment but i can promise you that i will not return. i try not to get angry but this wasnt the 1st time this has happened to myself and husband. this hardees has the rudest employees that i have ever saw we stood in line and both employees turned their backs on us and acted like we had the plague. i feel like this they are there to serve us and if they dont want the money we can go else where and a remark for the managers also they need to be taught how to address the public and have a little more respect for customers standing in line because the manager was one of those employees that acted like we werent even there. i feel sorry for anyone that eats at this hardees. as for the food it wasnt all that but the employees need to be fired... and managers replaced!!

I ordered a large why do I get a small order
Too many times! This is the last time I ever eat at this Hardee's. Order a large fry and they never pull the bottom out and I get like 15 fries in a large container. When I pull out the bottom like they should my fries only fill up roughly 30% of the container. Not only that when there is no one behind us in the drive thru they tell us to move forward. The person told me why after I said but there is no one behind us. She said we get timed on the time it takes to serve each person and until they pull away the timer keeps counting so they want us to pull forward so something that was created to help us get served better they take advantage of an probably get some outstanding service award for time of service when they cheat the system. I took a picture of my fries and enjoy.

coupon
I went to Hardees, Herrin, Il with coupons for sandwiches. When I went to pay and presented coupons, woman working stated, "I don't know how to do coupons, can't you just use then the next time?" I was disturbed and wondered why Hardees offers coupons if their staff are not trained to use them.
