food
i ordered 3 combos, a jalapeno thickburger, a regular thickburger, and bacon cheeseburger. i also ordered a side onion rings. the onion rings were old and greasy. the jalapenos were not in the burger, the lemonade tasted like water and the fries were hard as rocks. but was even worse is that the girl at the window asked us if the order on the screen was correct and it was but it didn't come out that way. my husband threw away the food and we ended getting Subway. i will never eat at Hardees again.

stale food
Had a to go order of a $6.00 burger, two thick burgers and two apple pies. The burger buns were stale, the burger covered in ketchup, the pies were cold and stale. Called company and talked to manager. She replied her sandwiches could not be stale and it wasn't her problem.

managers that don't know what they're doing.
the manager working there didn't know how to work his people .your not supposed to yell at your employees in front of customers like he did. we had to wait for approximately 15 minutes to get our food. the people working for the manager looked like they were ready to go home. the store number is 5131 in homewood, alabama.

i was charged 14 dollars for two saugage and gravy biscuits compos priced at 3.99 why was it 14 dollars something dont add up

Poor management
I love Hardees breakfast the most but I also like their burgers. I will go out of my way, when traveling, for a meal at Hardees. Problem is, all the Hardees I have seen close down is because of lack of management. Usually it is under staffed at the most needed time (especially breakfast time). This happens at every Hardees I have seen closed. I have talked to a lot of people who likes Hardees and they all agree lack of service.
My last experience was Seneca, SC which has always been very busy. They had one little girl doing the best she could do with no help trying to wait on a line of customers, on top of that she could not get the food from the back. The two large ladies working the drive thru window had five cars go through but had lost three of the orders. One man came in very mad but the lady at the window refused to correct the order. The little girl at the counter, already overloaded, hand wrote the orders, posted them and then got them for them. Everyone in the resturant and out side was angry. The worst part was most took it out on the young girl out front.
What does it take for people to see why so many Hardees are closeing ? Does the company not care or is it just poor management ?

every commercial degrades women
i want to say this: almost EVERY Hardees commercial i've seen degrades women to a disgusting level. why does every commercial have to put women on the level of a sexual object. it is fast food not the porn industry. All ladies boycott!

Poor service/food awful
My name is Krystal Masonia.I am not the type of person to complain about my food. But, I came thru the drive thru about 7 pm Friday January 8 and had the worst service ever. When i get home my food was terrible also. My sandwich i ordered was half way off the bun, Fries were terrible, and my husbands food was not good either. I waited in the drive thru a while i could have gotten atleast some hot fries. THere was no one in front of me and not alot of people inside either...I just hope that it doesn't happen again!!

Manger
I wish to write this e-mail as a complaint towards the Manager here in Goose Creek, due to reasons that I find as a Mother who's daughter was employed as of today January 2nd 2010, but had to walk out and quit her job due to the Mistreatment towards my child who I've raised 19 yrs and built up her self-esteem and for this Manager Miss Vicky to just mistreaat her and tare her self-esteem down were in my opinion she did not behave professionally and ethically in the manor a manager should conduct themselves in front of all of those who are employed and were present during the time. Miss Vicky was working with my daughter and humilated her in front of her peers and co-workers at that!. Then not only did Miss Vicky mistreat my daughter she also helped the co-workers baddger her and talk behind her back!!!..So with this situation that has occurred I think and believe the District manger needs to have a Chat with Miss Vicky and have her apologize to my daughter and repair her self-esteem..since it's the least she can do...and I would like a response from this complaint or else the matter will be resolved by a report on your record at the Better Bussiness Bureau..Employee Krystal Faith Marie Soares...Parent Mrs.Donna Palmer..please contact us through my daughters phone number which is listed through your company...Thank-You

Drive thru window
Only the second time I have driven through the drive thru to get breakfast. I ordered the same thing as I got before, only the girl at the other end does not speak English. The drive thru line was really long and it was taking up a lot of time, but I did not realize until it came my turn as to why. WHY would a company put someone who needs to communicate with the majority English speaking public have someone who cannot take an order for a biscuit with egg only??? Not only that, when I asked if anyone ther spoke English, she said "Drive to the window". What good is a drive thru if you have to waste time putting your order in at the window??? How rude can you be?? I am a school teacher and Hardees needs to send these kids back to school!!!.
I will not waste my time again, I will go to McDonalds or Jacks, where I have always had good service and the people were not disrespectful!!!

poor work and managment
Ok ... well this is sad... i actually got on the computer to hunt for the employee complaint number and funny enough .. they dont have it on their website only the customer complaint is. i hate working for hardees. I am a single mother with daycare assitance ... if anyone out there doesnt know i only have to pay for half my day but the thing is ... its just me and the daycare ... i cant force the daycare to open at 4 in the morning. and even though my availability is only from 6 am to 4 pm ... my manager still puts me on the scheduale for 4 in the morning... i live almost an hour away and seeing as how its the only job i could find i kept it ...on top of all of this .. i dont have real days off im basically on call ... i have been promised a raise twice .. h ave yet to see one but a girl who got hired months after me got hers a week ago ... im not suppose to work on friday mornings due to doc appointments .. manager dont care he still puts me on the sched just to see if he can make me do it ... i am getting so tired of being treated poorly ... what sucks even more my manager is practically on his death bed ... has to wear an oxygen tank but smokes with it on and inside the building .. gross... there is a hold time on all our food ... and a certain amount of time you are suppose to keep the food down ... he is more worried about our time then he is the quality ... he makes us sell old fries .. get rid of nasty old tea... use ice cream thats been there for days to the point we have to microwave the ice cream so we can actually use the milkshake maker...hes pulled biscuits out of the trashcan before to sell them to customers... pulls meet up from the oil vats before they are fully cooked.. mostly with chicken tenders .. because they take longer and we have to cook them to order... if he doesnt like you .. he will change your scheduale .. make you think you dont work when you actually do and get you fired as a no call no show...he can tend to be rather racist...and he doesnt care if you have already worked two straight shifts but because he is sick and tired he makes you work a 3rd one or he threatens cutting your hours... i hate hardees .. i wouldnt even suggest any food from hardees to anyone .. i dont even eat their food... the lettuce is always nasty ... the mayo starts getting a nasty film over it ... and bathrooms are disgusting... they dont care if they put you at an inconvience... ughh i need to stop
