Response to "Does Not Honor Money Back Guarantee" Post

The above post was written by one of our former clients, Brandon Wey and his family. The Wey family engaged Healy consultants in May 2011 requesting assistance with the incorporation of a Hong Kong company to own their global websites. Brandon Wey and his family signed the Healy Consultants engagement letter which clearly states that “dealings with pornography and any forms of prostitution are unacceptable business activities”. Furthermore, prostitution and pornography is illegal in both Singapore and Hong Kong.A few weeks into the engagement, Healy Consultants obtained member log in status to these websites as part of our ongoing due diligence procedures. We found the websites portrayed women in a negative, pornographic and degrading manner, encouraging men to pay women to go on dates with them. Healy Consultants immediately terminated the engagement and submitted a police report to the Singapore Government. Below are a few websites owned by the Wey family:www.seekingarrangement.com www.seekingfantasy.com www.seekingmillionaire.com www.whatsyourprice.com After seeing these websites, the management of Healy Consultants deemed the Wey family’s actions as a breach of contract and terminated the engagement. According to the signed engagement letter “if any clients…engage in illegal activities or prohibited activities, Healy Consultants may at its discretion immediately terminate professional services”. In addition to this, the engagement letter also clearly states that “no refunds will be given where Healy Consultants ceases to provide our professional services.”Despite signing the agreement, the Wey family demanded a full refund. To close the matter, Healy Consultants agreed to refund 50% of the fees despite over 50% of the engagement services having been rendered. However, the Wey family was unhappy with this outcome and published false, negative internet press about Healy Consultants, defaming the owner, Mr. Aidan Healy, numerous times. Does Not Honor Money Back Guarantee

Healy Consultants Pte Ltd based in Singapore is owned and operated by Aidan Healy. He employs approximately 6 t0 8 employees and they run a big scam charging clients thousands of dollars in fees for offshore incorporation services and bank account opening services that are over 3 to 5 times more expensive than others. Mr. Aidan Healy and his consultants claim to be experts with many entrepreneurial issues and as such are often blogging about topics and being interviewed in the guise of providing advise ... but in reality they are just marketing their highly priced services to unsuspecting entrepreneurs.

I was one such unlucky victim.

Because I thought they were located in Singapore, and they are "experts", and they have a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if I am not satisfied, I decided to use their service even though they were charging upwards of US$10, 000 for incorporating my business when other companies were charging around US$2, 000.

After I paid my fees, I was very unhappy with their lack of customer service, so I called and demanded they give me my money back. That is when Mr. Aidan Healy and his consultants became very creative. They invoiced me for US$6, 000 for the services they performed thus far, and promised to return only $4, 000 of the US$10, 000 I paid. When I complained, Mr. Aidan Healy became ugly, rude and abusive threatening me and telling me he will not refund me any monies. Because I am located in the United States, I am left without much option. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get my money back?
