First my son accidentally call them, then they call me back to offer me the body signer skin I told them that I was not sure about to buy the product, they insist for more than an hour until I finally say yes, but firts I ask if for any razon I'm not satisfied whit the product I coul return it they said "yes, we won't let our company get closed for $169.00". Yes I paid $169.00 for that horrible product, first when they made the order were suposted to send me 2 body signer size small but they send me one small and one xl, the worst of this is I couldn't wear the small it is just for like a doll, I even couldn't wear the XL it was totally squeezing my legs, on the stomach that is where I need to flat it was like a sausage bad done and under the bra it keeps to rolling down. For all this razon I said this shaper is not for me then I told all this to many people of this company that keep call me to sell me the body signer, one of them gave the customer service number 772 293 3240 the person who I talked first traid to convinced me to change the body signer for another shaper I said NO because I didn't want to be on the same like whit the body shaper then he said somebody else will call me, nobody did, I call again and then answer me a lady who was totally rude she didn't let me talked when I was trying to explain why I wanted to return the body signer and get my money back, she said that I want my money back I will have to pay $49.00 I asked then why they said that I can return it if I wasn't satisfied whit the product which I'm totally unsatisfied whit it first they send me the wrong size, second the product doesn't not whorth the $169.00 I paid for it, third the lie about I can return it whitout any problem which is a total lie, and the worst of all I have call several times to "customer service" and after I explain all this matter they tried to conviced me to changed the body signer for another product they sell and said NO (because I don't even want to hear of this company just to get my money back) then they tell me to wait in line and then they leave me waiting until I get tired and finally hang up. I really don't know what can I do to get my money back and help other people to don't fall whit this companies so don't buy anything unless you know them.
