Non-delivery of extra cylinder after allotment
I have a indane gas connection and had applied for an extra cylinder the allotment letter was dispatched on 18-03-2011, details as Consumer No. 20118 and DBC (SL69A) Reg No. 121175440002879. It reads as present the letter and take your cylinder but I am trying from 3months to take the delivery from M/s Madhu Agencies, Shanthinagar, bangalore, but they deny saying Non-Released status of gas cylinder.
I don't know what to do. At head office they do not answer.

Delay in delivery for more than a month
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am an Indane LPG consumer from Anand gas agency Palarivattom Janatha, Kochi, Kerala.I had booked a cylinder on June 1, 2011.Till this date (july 11, 2011) the product is not delivered.On enquiry, they will say next week..So many weeks passed by..They are not giving genuine reason.Hope some black business is taking place.
So I humbly request to take appropriate action.In cities no other way than using LPG..

Regarding Refill of Gas
We are a customer of household Indane Gas in Korba, Chhattisgarh.As per the rule that, a customer has to refill his gas cylinder before 6 months otherwise he has to take a new connection, I refilled my gas cylinder before 3 months.But our local Indane gas distributor didn't give us the receipt of the same by saying there are some technical problems.And now when I went to refill the gas cylinder again after 3 months, they are saying that 6 months duration is over and we will have to take a new connection worth Rs.350.We have taken the new connection as we didn't have any receipt of proof against the previous refill of the gas cylinder.This complaint is due for seeking your attention towards the misbehavior of the local Indane gas distributor of Korba, office of Indane Gas here is in Transport Nagar.Kindly, look after this serious issue and take some strict actions against the same.

unnecessary claim of Rs.70.00 for checking
respected sir,
i am a customer of chandra gas agency of indane gas supplier. there is no proper supply of gas cylinder and now there is a unnecessary gas checking charge of Rs 70.00 without any information. but before there is no check up and now why we should give Rs.70.00 and what is the purpose of collecting this checking charge. whether if any needable reason for this collection.my mobile-7200087319and my mail id [email protected]. reply must. |

not supply of domestic gas cyliender
Sir/ Madam
I have a gas connection with Indian Gas. My Consumer No.is 4909.
I booked for the Gas Cylinder on 26th May 2011 but till today on 18th June 2011 not deliver. My Booking No.5972.
I trying by phone, is always busy, if by luck I get line their representative, he says we have not any cylinder,
tomorrow must be delivered, therefore come after two days.They give delivery to who give black.
I am very sorry to say I am facing such type problems always from Ladnun Gas Service.
So, Please improve customer service and arrange to deliver gas cylinder as early as possible.

HARASSMENT
My consumer no. is 10328. I have a gas connection from Veena Gas Sevices Dealer of Indane gas agency at 2/13-A, sarai Julena, Okhla Road, New Delhi .
I booked my refill on 26th May and till today . the 14th of June, I haven't received it despite my complaint at toll free no provided …18002333555 …dated 6th June, ref no 124133. I called again twice in this same no to remind my plight at the hands of Veena gas service. When I talked to Venna Gas Agency, they tell me “no one was at home so delivery man has returned “..May I add that this is absolutely false statement and we were at home all these days.These people are out to harass me for the reasons best known to them. Previously also they have harassed me.This leads to substantiate that no one is listening and I will have to buy my refill from open market in black to keep the kitchen running.However I have not lost all hopes and I will shoot emails to all persons in the Ministry and even to Hon Prime Minister.

non delivery of gas
Dear sir, I booked my cylinder for refilling on 10/05/11 my consumer no. is s-1062 but till date i didn't received my cylinder. I am contineously following up with the above gas agency but my all efforts goes in vain. They are not supplying gas on time and selling it in black. we have no any solution to write you, because even after writting my complaint they are not doing anything. I am in great problem because of the non resposive behaviour of the agency. Please try to solve my problem.

NON ISSUE OF CEYLENDER ON TRANSDER VOUCHER
SIR,
I AM SHIFTED FROM MOHALI TO CHANDIGARH. I AM WORKING AS DY. MANAGER IN STATE BANK OF INDIA, ON 31.05.2011 I HAD REQUESTED YOUR DEALER AT MOHALI M/S HIGH FLAME GAS PHASE 9 TO TRANSFER MY CONNECTION TO CHANDIGARH THEY ASKED TO DEPOSIT THE CEYLENDERS AND REGULATORS. I DEPOSITED THE SAME ON 31.05.2011 AND THE DEALER ISSUED ME TRANSFER VOUCHER BUT YOUR DEALER M/S CITY GAS SECTOR 37-C REFUSED TO ISSUE ME CYLENDERS AND REGULATORS IN CONTEXT THAT THEY HAVE NOT SUPPLIED STATIONARY BY THE CO. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE IMMEDIATEDLY AS I HAVE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE FOR COOKING OF FOOD.
AN EARLY RESPOSE AWAITED.

booking not accepted
The gas as advetised cant be booked online and the booking on phone 9911554411 is not accepted till the first delivery is made, whether the time of 21 days over. so the consumer has to suffer both ways (1) late delivery (2) next booking not accepted. who is responsible.
