defective watch returned, no replacement, no refund, only lies
I purchased an IWC replica watch about 6 months ago for $499.00. It was quickly apparent the watch was defective ( poor timekeeping, etc.) I was told to return the watch for repair or replacement. I did so at my expense of $150.00. I had to return it twice because the first time they refused delivery supposedly because Chinese Customs was going to charge them duty. The second attempt at return was successful. That was FOUR MONTHS ago! They agreed to replace the watch, but then stalled around for a long time and now for the last month, they do not return my emails. They even blocked my access to their website of my home IP address. So now they have my watch and my money. I purchased 7 watches from them and referred others and wrote a testimonial. I cannot imagine a better customer and this is my treatment. The man I dealt with there identified himself as a Mr. Yu Tao. Buyer beware.
