It was really disapointing to find such poor customer service when dealing with such a valuable product. The representatives of this company are delightful and friendly when they sell you it in your home using their sales tactics and pressure selling but when you ring them to ask for a refund on a product which they assure you can do if it isn't working out for you be prepared to be in for a rude shock. After many negotiations asking them if we can return half of the pots and pans and keep the ones that we used or pay them more money but just not quite the full 5500 dollars for half of the products they were not even close to being accomodating. These pots do not save you that much time nor do they save you that much on energy, the food tastes ok but if you like your food any other way than boiled or steamed the pans and pots dont allow you to cook it any other way. You much completly re educate yourself in how to cook meals because the product makes cooking so completly different.
The long and short of my situation was l have been convinced the product is life changing but assured if l didnt like them l could return them as well as l was told that these pans were energy saving time saving and money saving but am yet to see the results not to mention the vegetables they cook taste like sh*t. So if you dare take the plunge of more than $5000 for some pots and pans think again its not worth it go and get a good set for even half that and you will be better satisfied.
