bait & switch, with cc info
Eight weeks after ordering a pair of Converse Black Sabbath shoes, I got an email saying they are out of stock (website still shows them in stock) and asking me to pick a different pair. I said to cancel the order and refund the money but they won't do it. They say pick another pair or we will only refund 70% because of exchange rate. I said the exchange rate is their problem since they can't fill the order and they still refuse the give me a refund. So now they have my money, my cc info and I have no shoes. TOTAL SCAM also, they change domain names regularly (which is why I didn't catch the scam when I searched) so watch out for the latest, godkicks . com

Counterfeit Nikes
FRAUD...BEWARE!!! We just received a pair of Nike SB shoes from this company, and they are counterfeit, and not even very good ones. We have had them verified by an authorized Nike retailer as fake, and are now in the process of making claim against the company for refund through VISA. Communication with this company is laughable, and barely readable. Not only do they make lousy counterfeits, they can barely speak or write english!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - it is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM...
In photo attached (if attached) the counterfeit Nike is the red shoe, sitting next to an actual Nike (blue) of the same model. How about that plastic fabric shoe liner in the red counterfeit Nike!!! Complete junk. Also had bad chemical odor...

Ive ordered sneakers from this site.
They have already charged my credit card under this name: WWW.DIGGINGSHOP.COM CNY
after 7days I recieved a email that says: "My dear friend

I am sorry for your order OBS7847 for some unknow reason, EMS(free shipping) does not go to your country Croatia for this while, i think that maybe because that you are too far from us, if you still need your items, pls pay extry $80 to us, and we will ship your items via DHL, you will get your items in 4 days if you do so. i understand the shipping fee is large and the total price is acceptable.

I mailed them back that I want my money back but after that there was no answer from them. I googled a little and I saw that a lot of people have complaints against their web site. Its very sad that somebody rips off people like this and I hope that they will get behind bars.

obsneakers paypal dispute
Come on all u people who have been ripped off by OBSNEAKERs.COM, put in a complaint to paypal and hopefully we can get a well deserved refund and get this company shut down once and for all. Surely there's enough complaints on here for paypal to do something about it. I've even copied these complaints and sent them to paypal. Yet to hear back from them though.

Sent wrong shoes, refused refund, not even paypal will help
Scumbags sent me completley different shoes to what i ordered and to my old address in Australia even though i told them not to and gave them my UK address. $40 to post them to me in the UK.
I have emails from them admitting they made a mistake and offered 10% off my next purchase. Yeah right, I will never buy from them again!!! I've also been told they are fakes too.
Paypal will not do anything about it either. Sent them numerous emails with evidence and they will not do a thing. So much for buyer protection. Paypal are just as bad for providing their service to obsneakers.com to help them rip more people off.

Ordered shoes, paid through PayPal and was sent a completely different pair of shoes.
I ordered a pair of Nike Skateboarding shoes ($98.99 paid through PayPal) and was sent a completely different pair of Basketball shoes. The only way I could contact them was finding an email address and asked them for the their address so I could return them for the correct pair. They insisted it was too expensive to ship them back and if I wanted to pay ANOTHER $60.00, they would send the correct pair but first if I would be so kind as to send a picture of the right pair...huh????? All I want is my money back and to be able to return the wrong pair.
