Tall Boots
I ordered a pair of tall black boots for my grandaughter for christmas, I received them. I tried them on. However they were tooo tight. So I gave them to her as a gift & ofcourse they didn't fit her too tight, narrow.
I tried to email them at OneUgg to no avail.
Still waiting to get some closure to this issue. I would say do not order from this company the aggrevation isn't worth it.
My credit card company is involved now. I'm hoping they can get intouch with them. The other thing was when I received the package it came from Shangha China. Thats all it said. So to try to sent it back was at the least a little intimidating to me anyway.

defective merchandise
My husband ordered a pair of boots from this website as a gift for me. I soon I saw them I knew they were fake, besides they had a big hole on the side so I returned the merchandise within their return policy time and I have never received an answer from them, or my credit. This was for 99.99 that was paid thru paypal. When I called paypal they state that because its not a ebay issue there’s nothing they can do, that I have to call my Credit card which I did and also said that since I paid tru pay pal there’s nothing they can do… so now where do I stand…. I just gave these people away 99.99.

Fake Ugg boots
BEWARE! THE BOOTS ARE FAKES!!! THE LINING IS CHEAP, POLYESTER/FAKE WOOL, THE SOLES ARE FAKE, THE LABELS ARE FAKE! THIS IS A HUGE SCAM SO BEWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ONEUGG!!!
THE BOOTS MAY BE WORTH $15 TO $20 AT THE MOST!!
I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING OFF OF THE INTERNET AGAIN!
LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY.
I AM FURIOUS!
IF ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE FEELS THE SAME I WOULD LIKE TO GO AFTER THIS COMPANY IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE AND SHUT THEM DOWN!!

Tall black classic Ugg boots
The boots were ordered on Dec. 22, 2009.
They have never been sent.
The funds were taken from my checking account and never replaced.
Yesterday I reported them to Pay Pal. Shortly therafter I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. This is a lie.
I went to the bank yesterday to trace the funds and they received the money on Dec. 24, 2009 and have never placed the funds back into my account and have never sent the merchandise.
It appeared the OneUgg was one of the more reliable sites however now I know they are not and they should be placed on the list of other fradulent sites so that no one else will be scammed.
I lost my job and was given the funds for the boots as a Christmas gift.
This was the last thing I needed at this time.
