I am mr. Nestor Bagabaldo Visto, I resigned to Oregano Restaurant because, I am not happy with the management set-up, and I have very good Job in the Philippines with a good salary, but Oregano Restaurant owner Mr. Mansour Saadun used my weakness to offer me a better income and better position as Pastry Executive chef verbally but first my entry visa to saudi arabia as waiter of Oregano Restaurant, I accept the offer but it turns out that theyre restaurant was not that big. I was dissapointed and I tried to hold on with the contract but after six months I realized that I was only deceived by the offer and I filed resgnation dated June 12, 2011 and its effectivity is august 30, 2011. but as the received they letter, they send me home with final exit visa, now I needed a Job so I applied in manila YHMD manpower agency and I was accepted by new employer from saudi, ( Al Ahsa Bakery ) as bakery worker but my previous Employer, (Mr. Mansour Saadun) told me over telephone call he made dated june 23, 2011. telling me that I will be apprehended at saudi airports when I get there. Please gave me advise.
