This vendor obviously has had problems in the past. Their horrible reviews are whitewashed in a sea of rave reviews right out of the "Repair Your Online Reputation" playbook. Look a little harder for the real review out there.

If you are willing to enjoy your riding skills and you want to have happy shopping, try road bike outlet once at least. I visited them and I am pretty sure about the results I got. Well its really a matter of consideration when you are going to make your purchasing and purchasing a right thing at right time at affordable price is mandatory. So, What they are providing? They let users buy bikes and bikes parts at 50% discount rates and their services are tremendous. They provide 24 hours chat feature, pop up menu for complaints, satisfaction guarantee, and lot more.

Well..... Houstan !! Hats off man for lots of research against the person you mentioned in comment ... :P Yeah Road BIke Outlet is a place of comfort and ease for riders. I mean to say that riders don't need to think and make decisions before making purchases because road bike outlet is going to answer all of their questions. Lets have some of their bikes i.e. road bikes which are mostly sold and low cost and lot of other bikes more than 100 in a number. So, in my opinion, take your ATM and move yourself towards Road Bike Outlet ( don't move here and there now :P )

I bought a bicycle from Road Bike Outlet (RBO) after finding them on eBay. Upon arrival it had a bad bottom bracket. I had the bike shop that diagnosed the problem repack/rebuild the bottom bracket.

When I contacted RBO, regarding warranty service, they were very rude and stated they could not reimburse me and I should have contacted them rather than having the problem fixed. After speaking with several people I finally got them to agree to send me a new bottom bracket.

I did not need to use the higher quality bottom bracket they sent right away, since I'd paid to have the lower quality one repacked/rebuilt. Later, when I went to have the new bottom bracket professionally installed it turned out to be the wrong size for my bike.

When I contacted RBO, to exchange for the proper size, they were ruder than ever and shifted me around to several people. They finally refused to exchange a properly sized bottom bracket for the wrong sized one they'd sent. Their “Satisfaction Guarantee” is worse than worthless.

This is costing me:
$25.00 bike shop labor to put in wrong size bottom bracket
$25.00 bike shop labor to put in right size bottom bracket
$35.00 for new, right size bottom bracket

$85.00 total actual cost of non-exchange, not to mention all my time and trouble

RBO insists on referring to this as a warranty issue when it is a simple exchange of the right part for the wrong part they sent me.
