Customer complaint.
On 22. February 2011 I ordered 2 items on www.karenmillens.com - described as "an official karen millen outlet store". I ordered 1 original Karen Millen bag and 1 original Karen Millen watch for a total amount of USD 280, 00. What I received was instead 1 “Gucci” bag, which seems to be a fake copy. I have emailed them on [email protected] but haven´t got any answer. Anyone in here has as an idea about ehat I can do to get my money back ???
