Original Message Sent To Owner...STILL no response back to me: Date of Visit: August 30th. Time of visit: 8:15PM.
Dear Mr. Sunny Badel,
I am writing to you today about your Subway store in Clementon, NJ. My wife and I just moved to Clementon 2 weeks ago and we are big time fans of Subway restaurants. This was our first time visiting this location. It was me, my wife and our 2 best friends. I usually always get great customer service at Subway restaurants. I'm sorry to say that my wife and I won't be dining in your restaurant anymore after the last experience we had. Though I can't speak for my friends, I will strongly encourage them not to as well. First off, the man and women that was working at the time did not greet us with a warm welcome at all. The second we walked into the door, we got a dirty look from the both of them. They obviously were not happy to see more customers come into the restaurant. As we were ordering our food-we all felt rushed as if they were just trying to get us out as fast as they could. No soup was available at the time. When the man was making one of the subs he made a comment about Subway's buffalo sauce saying that "Subway waters down their buffalo sauce, they are cheap ass mother F*ckers." I'm sorry, but even though I am an adult, I don't think that cursing in front of customers is very professional to say the least. When we were paying for our food, the same man asked us "Is this for here or to-go?" and I said "it's for here." and he replied back with "No, it's to-go...we're closing in 15 minutes." So I just said "OK". After we got our drinks and were about to leave we noticed that people coming in after us were sitting down to eat and the employees weren't saying anything to them. Heres the thing...the employees were both African-American and all of us were Caucasian and the people they let sit down after us were ALL African-American. Now tell me why I shouldn't feel one bit of racial discrimination?? After we left the restaurant, we looked at the window to read the hours and it said that this location was suppose to close at 9:00pm! Why were we kicked out 45 minutes before the actual closing time? It does not take that long to eat subs. Like I said before, I WILL NOT be coming back to this location. discrimanation
My name is iysha and i have been treated unfair due to my religon and i have been harrassed and threatened to work on sunday i have told my boss that i cannot work on sunday for 6 years. I was told that i was not going to get my check till tommorow but the other employees were going to. my hours have been cut an i have been treated this way all because i could not work on sunday . i need help what should i do.. her name is malika patel

Bad Service and Rude employees.
Along with my doughters and my 2 moth old baby, we stop for a bite at Subway Restaurant on Congress.
As I was getting my kids out of the car, one of the employes with very bad hygiene steped out of and yelled "If you want service your ganna haveto wait 20 to 45 munites!" and shut the door. I went in anyway, just to see what was going on and what was making her be so rude. AsI walked in I saw a her talking on the phone, and the other two workers sitting down as well. I sat there and thought "hey maybe any second now there going to tell me nicely 'sorry ma'm no service available at this moment' " but I was wrong. They just sat there while we stood by the counter like idiots for 30 minutes! I recomend not to go there with the family. Very rude employees, bad maintenance of the Restaurant.

price change
i have taken veg max 1 they charging me for 6.89 cents with tax(0.39).
I have taken same veg max many subways they are not charging like that. others they are charging 6.40 with tax. i feel some thing is wrong with them. they are fooling people.

No chicken
This location is situated next to a Popeye's take out. For this reason, this Subway do not sell any chicken products! What's worse is the menu clearly lists chicken subs and has pictures on the wall menu! In what way are Subway and Popeye's competition?! Even so, that's life! Why did they offer me a soda if Popeye's sell them?!

Also, they didn't even have a toaster!

Harrasement
Dear Sir,

Subway staff members are on purposly putting my store out of compliance, and leading me to termination. the operation of the store is better then before i purchased it, and as soon as i purchased it, i was being put of compliance, this is due to so that i am forced to sell it to another franchisee who is extremely close in relation to the subway staff and we were competitors in buying the store, but luckily i got it and the subway area staff wanted the other franchisee to buy it because they were close.

i have tried contacting the subway HQ, but they just wont help or try to listen.

decrimantion
i got hired in at subway july 30th iam a middle age women i am a very hard worker when i got hired the manager said(we need a older person to help close the store because all we have is school girls and they cant close so i was very happy to even have a job this day in time and i have 5 kids well the night manager that was running the store wouldnt show me how to do things right and he was always cuting up with the school girls he would make sexual comments like one night he was talking about a little sex shop that is just down the road and he was saying with about 4 other girls standing around that he thinks it was sicking to look at a 60 year old man fucking a 18 year old now i dont no about you but to me that was uncalled for and i didnt like the comment and if you wasent in his little kick he treated you very rudely his name is corey and one time i had asked him to help me and show me how to fix a certain sandwhich well he said hang on ill do it well i was very much wanting to learn and try to be a preductive employee but he wouldnt give me a chance and iam a very hard worker iam always on time and i want to be a mother that can provide for her children well iam righting to say this i dont feel like i was done fair sharen the manager pulled me to the side and told me that she can only give me 5 hours a week and that she is only keeping the ones that can make the sandwhichs fast and right well i could have been that way if i would have been trainee proper i used to work for subway years ago and all they had then was white or wheat now they have all kinds of breads i need to work and i feel i was done unfair and i hope something is done about this theres a lot more about this manger corey but i dont wont it to look like iam a mad employe and iam taken it out on him cause thats not what iam doing please do something about this cause it isent right terri horton

unlawful firing
Was fired due to the manager and her shift manager making up lies about my conduct at work. The major reason for it was me creating tension at work with all the other employee's. The other reason was my manager telling everyone else that i was stealing money and adding slander to my name. She has fired many other people because of minor occurances that happen naturally on the work place. She fires them cause she creates a dislike for them and then they dissappear. The biggest concern for this is that because of how subway works, She doesn't have anyone to answer to for her conduct. I got along with all the other employee's great, but i had a dislike for her shift manage who was 17 and made all the other employees know she was above them.

Sandwichs don't look like advertisments
Advertising pictures have more meats than actual sandwichs. The hot pastrami and the Cold cut combo. False advertising. Dont understand how people can make customers think there sandwichs are better than other companies. When they short change the sandwichs of their meats.

Attitude
I have been going to this Subway for the past 6 years. They have the same Manager in which for the past 6 years has refused to speak english to me or my coworkers. Most of the staff has a very very bad attitude. Today July 21, 2009 I had ordered Black Forest Ham the woman started a Tuna. How do you get Tuna from Black Forest Ham? Then when I corrected her she scrapped off the tuna and put the ham on the same bread. I tripped I told her "Toss it" I will not nor my coworker will eat a tuna flavored ham sadwhich. So I got a new on, but the sandwhich was apparently too plain for them. I already went threw two more sandwiches and that one was still open waiting. I told them more than 5 times "Thats it". Then again I didn't say it in spanish so the message was never delivered. I am Hispanic and I do know some spanish. I try to communicat with them in spanish to ensure my orders, but the entire staff refuses to respond to it. Uggg this is obviously not only my problem apparently Toronto has to deal with the same problem.
