i have been getting harrassing phone calls since last fall from these bunch of creeps! the numbers they have been calling from are numerous, as soon as i block one number form my phone a couple of days later they call from a different one, i am sick of losing sleep over all this s***!!! it amazes me they cannot be stopped, they continually call my place of employment and even after being told i am no longer employed there, they STILL continue to call, they will call different extensions also, all have american sounding names, but have very heavy foreign accents, they threaten me, say they get me fired, ask to speak to my supervisor, etc, they have the last 4 of my social, when i asked to have paperwork sent to me, i was told " you will get the paperwork AFTER you pay this loan " makes me want to throw up!! since i did have loans in the past, at first i panicked thinking did i NOT pay one of the off?? but i would think if that was the case i would have heard from someone about it before now, another time when i spoke to one of them he gave me a month and year of when i was given the loan, which he said was almost 1 year and a half ago, i had to contact that bank and the one i have now for printouts of statements they could find nothing from that company he said he was representing, to think i almost send them money makes me ill!!! even though i can see by all the previous complaints this IS a scam, i continue to lsoe sleep over this and it is causing much anxiety, everytime the call and leave a message my heart starts to race and i feel sick!! when i tell them to stop calling or that they have the wrong number, they just keep calling back!!

I am being harrassed from some people that say I owe Cash Advance Loan. On different occasions they threaten me that I have to pay back immediately or they will be seeking legal action. I have asked them numerous times for proof of what I owe; they say they don't have to tell me anything. Every time they call which is often they threaten me; I have checked with my bank on the dates they said money was put in, but there were no deposits; once they said it was in Nov. 2010, then it was in March of 2011. These people are all with an Indian accent and it sounds like they are speaking from a warehouse and use different names. What can I do to stop the harrassment?

I started receiving a call from a +000 number. This man, with an India accent, told me his name was Phillip Jordan and he was a legal rep. representing US Cash Advance. He had my social security number and so other personal information. He told me that I had taken a loan for $375 that was deposited in my personal account at my bank. He couldn't tell me the date of the loan. So say, they have been trying to get the money from my bank and had been unsuccessful, so now they are trying to collect from me. He told me that I was going to have 3 counts of crimial charges filed against me. He also told me that it was going to cost me $2000 if they take me to court. I was flabbergassed!!! I had no knowledge of what he was talking about but I was scared because he was talking about crimial charges. I have always paid my bills and have NEVER been in any trouble, but this man had me doubting myself. I told this man that I would call him back to set something up. He gave me a call back number of 1-888-518-9841. After I got over the shock, I realized that something wasn't right. I DID NOT take a loan from this company and was Not about to pay them anything. I started investigating. I contacted my bank and reviewed my account from the pass 2 years. There is nothing showing a loan from this company. I contacted the BBB and they told me that this is a sham. Thank God I came to my senses when I did and didn't give him my credit card number.

I gomt a phone call from a woman saying I got a loan from US Cash Advance but she can't tell me when I got the loan ans she says that they are getting readyn to bring a lawsuit against me in my state. All i asked for was the month, day, and yearbI got loan so that bI can go get a bank statement and show that nI didn't get the loan. swhe put a man on the phone he still going around the issue nsaying that nI can nsettle the matter by paying 591 dollars today or get sued for 5, 000 dollars.

DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE TELLING YOU THEY THREATENED TO HAVE ME SENT TO JAIL THEY CALLED MY JOB AND MY CELL PHONE AND SAID THAT THEY WERE CHARGING ME WITH 3 CRIMES. THE GUY THAT CALLED ME WAS B R I A N HE CALLED FROM 3477538026 EXT. 7860. SOME LADY WITH THIS STRONG ACCENT LEFT ME THREATENING MESSAGES ON MY VOICEMAIL AND HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME SHE WISHES ME GOOD LUCK WITH HANDLING THE ENTIRE MATTER. THEY CLAIMED I HAD RECEIVED A LOAN FROM US CASH AND THAT I HAVE SOME LATE FEES THAT CAME UP TO 895 DOLLARS BUT THEY COULDNT TELL ME HOW MUCH THE LOAN WAS FOR. I WAS SCARED SO I WEN T TO THE POLICE AND I CALLED THEM BACK INFRONT OF THE POLICE AND THE GUY NAMED B R I A N HUNG UP IN MY FACE BECAUSE I KEPT ASKING HIM QUESTIONS HE CLAIMED HE WORKED FOR A LEGAL COMPANY CALLED ANDERSON/ANDERSON THEY ARE FRAUDS WHEN THEY CALL YOU TELL THEM TO KISS YOUR ASS AND HANG UP
