Heavy accented indian guy named CHRISTOPHER WASHINGTON called saying he was an investigator working for US CASH ADVANCE. I owed them money and if i dont pay by tomorrow i will be arrested either at my work or my home...phone number is (321)275-5464. I was also told that i was being charged with three crimes.

Received this call numerous times at work today and initially answered and just asked the caller for concrete documentation be sent to me, of course none existed. I finally advised the caller it is a scam and that each time a call like this was received the phone would be hung up. I did contact the legitimate business in Kentucky and was told this scam is still ongoing and they are fully aware. They are doing everything they can and unfortunately it is a tedious process. Don't give in to these callers and have peace of mind it is a known scam. Hang up the phone.

On Saturday, September 4, 2010, i recieved a call from a Roy Anderson in regards to a cash advance that was supposedly processed and deposited into my checking account in February. They were asking for an amount of $856.16 by Tuesday or I will have to pay over $8000 of attorney fees, court cost, etc. I responded that i never applied for a cash advance with them online. I also stated that I did not have an account number at the particular bank they were referring to. They also mentioned that they had been trying to contact me through my job. Saturday was the first time i heard from them. I repeatedly told them that i never took out a cash advance with them. This man had a strong Arab accent, rude, disrespectful, and has made threat to take legal action by coming to my job or my home and as well as taking me to court for this situation. Since Saturday, they have continued to call and harrass me of this fruadulant matter. I did some research on this particular business and they are known for numerous of bogus phonecall scams. Also this guy who claims to be Roy Anderson is not a real person. At this point i am tired of the phone calls and threats to my voicemail to take me to jail for something I did not do. I refuse to change my number for their satisfaction; What can I do or who to call to make these calls stop.

Today I recieved a call from a middle eastern speaking man, stating he was lawyer representing Cash Advance. Im at work and can not recieve calls like this. I had a hard time hearing him besides barely understanding him, the phone he was on was losing connection like he was on a cell phone. He told me that I was being charged with all these bank charges for a payday loan which I he said I rec. I only have had this account for 2 months, so in reviewing my accounts there is no such deposit. To him I was lieing because he has a routing number for the transaction to prove it and that I have been recieving emails from this company asking me to remit payment. I have never recieve said emails. He told me he was sending my employer info about these charges, as well as putting ahold on my social security number. Also ruining my credit. If I would have recieved this cash I would have paid it. When I asked him I need all the information in writing so I can defend myself all he wanted was my laywers information, and would not even tell me when I rec. the money. Please someone do something this is just crazy, not to mention ruining my reputation.

On 8/30/10 I recevied a call from Roy Anderson (fake name) @ 408-837-0495 out of the Califonia. He told me a judgement againist me for a US CASH about some on-line loan that i never took out. I was told that an officer was coming to get and i was going to be put in jail and charged over $8k for theft by deception and check fraud. No one could answer any of my questions about the loan. Called me a stupid nigga and hung up on my serveral times. I tried to explain that i do collection and i know my rights.
