pre paid visa
you buy a pre paid wal mart visa card and guess what wal mart does'nt even exept them on there own on line ordering web site!!! they will still take the money off the card and you have to wait up to 30 days to get it put back on or some how convince visa to do it! there accuse is it is'nt backed by a bank! its a pre paid card you buy at wal mart what more do they want!!!

Poor service at front royal va walmart
My elderly mother and I went to the Front Royal Va Wal mart on Thanksgiving day and it was bad. We wanted to get a jump on the Christmas rush we went to the electronics dept and heard the sales associate named Sean using words that would make a sailor blush. My mother and I both being christains started to leave the store but decided to shop anyway. We then asked this associate to answer a few questions that we had in reference to an I-pod and when we did not understand we where talked down to like we where a 2 idiots in front of a store full of other customers.Is this the kind of people that Wal mart wants representing thier store?We then left the store and both stated that we would never return to any Wal mart anywhere as long as there is still a K mart or Target with in 50 miles from where we live the next day we went and spent over $3, 500 on Christmas gifts at the local K mart and we finished our shoping at the Gander Mountain in Winchester Va the way that I see it thier loss not mine.I have spent anywhere from $250 to $300 a week in the Front Royal Wal mart since it opened but I will no longer buy anything from them not even as a last resort I will do with out first. I will go back to Food Lion for my Groceries and K mart for everything else.If this young man acts like an animal at his job while he is in public view imagine what he is like at home.I just cant believe that he acts this way he used words that I would never use and the bad thing if it all is he was not mad or upset the words where part of his vocabulary so whats wrong with that picture?Then we went to the other associate that was working with him and he gave that person a hard time saying that they where trying to get his sale.We where just trying to find a decent person to talk too DOWN WITH WAL MART BOO!!!

Tire and lube
I dont remember the date probably 4 or 5 yrs ago(just found this site) but my ex and I had bought brand new tires all around for our car this was on a Friday the next day my ex took a friend of ours to a funeral for his grandfather on they way to the church they ran over something in the road(road hazard) the tire went flat right in front of the church. the next day I took the flat tire back to the wal mart where purchased to get a new one cause the tires where supposedly under warranty for 50, 000 miles and didn't even have 100 on them yet.Needless to say I left wal mart with no new tire they at first told me that the tire had been run on while flat was totally destroyed and thus voided any warranty(not true tire went flat while parked) the when asked to speak with a manger about this was told it wouldn't do any good store managers have no control over their tire and lube department that they are an outside business that is just leased onto wal mart for that service. then when I asked to see th tire first they tried to show my some other tire that was on a stock auto rim my car has specialty rims when I pointed this out then their story changed to they weren't going to honor the warranty because we didn't have an alignment done at the time of purchase(the car didn't need one it was only 6 mo old)since then I have never bought another thing of an automotive nature from wal mart and suggest no one else does either they are a seconds distributor meaning the buy up stuff that more reliable stores refuse and sell them at new unflawed product prices . The only thing in their store you can trust is their food and even that's is way over priced.If I could I would boycott Wal mart fully but they are the only market in 20 miles of me they have run every one else out of business over the years

ELECTRIC BLANKET
SUNBEAM ELECTRIC BLANKETS ARE TRASH. I BOUGHT 2 LAST YEAR FOR MY WIFE AND I. I TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF THEM, WASHED THEM PROPERLY, ETC. WHEN I TURN THEM TO HIGH YOU CAN BARELY FEEL THE HEAT. PEOPLE SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY NEED TO REVOLT AGAINST COMPANIES THAT JUST WANT TO SELL QUANITY AND NOT QUALITY. SUNBEAM IS A CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF THIS. AND BEING MADE IN CHINA IS SURE NOT THE ANSWER TO THIS PROBLEM. REVOLT AMERICAN PEOPLE, STOP BUYING THIS JUNK!

I placed an order on line and the shipping address came up automaticly, which was wrong. I couldn't find any way to change it on line, or a # to call. All I could do was email costomer service which is a joke. It took 24 hours for a responce. I was told no changes can be made once an order is placed. I can't believe a huge company like that has no way to help, or fix problems.

merchandising
I have often been in other Wal Mart stores and would like to
know how come they can be neat and clean with shelves stocked. I was at Unicity the other day and it was sorta the last straw. I counted 27 pallets down the row between womens
clothing and the nightwear. That was not the only row that
had pallets, carts, etc. there was unpacked stock, empty boxes,
all over the store. In the past when you asked for help you got
help not a point in the general direction, what staff is there is
trying to unpack so that they can get stock on the half empty
shelves. The seasonal area is a complete mess, I know it takes
awhle to change but this is too much! I don't understand why
no one checks the stores. When I worked retail we often had
visits from head office, SURPRIZE ones. I am tired of having to go to other stores because of empty shelves and no help.

lube shop
I left my Ford Econline conversion van at the Wal Mart Tire and Lube for an olil change on April 30. When I returned I found a large side window had been smashed completely out. There were glass fragments in the back seat and window area. I was exhausted from sitting at the hospital with my very ill husband and I did the "woman thing" and started crying. I said something to the effect that I didn't need that as my husband was in the hospital. A "manager" appeared very quickly. There had been a rather nervouos feeling when I paid my bill. It was almost as if he was ready to face me. Some of his first words were, "You were upset and tired from your husband being in the hospital and you didn't notice it". They insisted it had been broken when I brought it in and I hadn't noticed it! Their insurance company (check them out on the net and see how the federal government got them for ripping off their employees on worker's compensation cases) closed the file just 6 days later. I got a letyer from the administrator of the assisted lilving where I was staying while my husband was in the hospital. She said she saw no broken window that morning. After I had visited him I had loaded my power chair in the van and "parked" it right by the back seat. There was no broken window. Once i started drioving the van the tradffic noise was horrible and glass began blowing around. I filed in small claims and Wal Mart brought a security tape to court. It was very questionable but the judge ruled for them. I asked for a copy in court and they said no. But the judge awared me a copy. I really need someone who knows something about such tapes. I know it wasn't broken when I took it in. As it is a conversion van the window is going to be almost $500 whic is my deductable. It's difficult to find someone to work on it. I've spent a lot on gas etc. pursuing this. It has been a horrilbe experience. I'm not up on my internet payments so I'm not on line and go to the library to use theirs. Are there any class action or other law suits available? This has been humiliating and stressful. I'm disabled and my husband is fighting cancer. I tried to clean the glass up but can't get it all. I'm worn out physically and mentally. I had fought them successfully once when they torqued my husband's wheels on his truck to tightly and they had to be cut off. From reading the complaints I must have been fortunate to have gotten them to make that good (it wasn't easy as they tried their dirty tricks I see in the net stories. Please if you have any information that might benefit us especailly in regard to their security tapes, please call me collect at 620-325-3494.

Bad customer service
This is a complaint about "Moo-no" (spelling?) in the pharmacy department. She was "in charge" of the pharmacy on July 15, 2008 from about 4pm on. I went to the pharmacy at 6pm when they said the prescription would be ready. Someone in the pharmacy had called the doctor to clarify comething, but Moo-no was literally screaming from somewhere in the back that she had to talk to the doctor herself or she wouldn't let it go. So I asked for the other prescription, stating I'd pick up the one in question later. Paul, Mouno's assistant, refused to give me the other prescription, and wouldn't say why. He appeared to be scared to death of Moo-no. She continued to scream at her employees and at least one other customer, while I and all the other customers looked on. Many said they'd not be returning to this store pharmacy. She was not wearing a name tag, and when I asked her name, she started shouting at me again, and yelling an 800 #. I waited an additional 45 minutes and witnessed still more customers getting yelled at by Moo-no as well. I certainly will take my pharmacy business elsewhere. Moo-no is a disgrace.

Fraud and cheating
I have a Wal Mart credit card. Why is it that when I go into the local Wal Mart to make a payment I’m told the date on the check MUST be that day’s date? When I receive your statement I write out a check using that day’s date, this keeps my records in order. Now I might not go to Wal Mart for several days, I do at least 90% of my shopping at Wal Mart, so when I present the check for payment why will it not be accepted until I change the date? I can understand not accepting a post dated check, that is with a future date, but what is wrong with my payment...
