I am from Europe and i ordered a nice blue and red "gucci" bag from www.guccishoesforcheap.org.I also paid extra to receive it in a week. I received it 4 weeks after, and i received a brown and green "gucci" bag. I immediatly contacted the company and informed them i received a wrong item and to give me a return address to send it back so they could send me the correct one, They refused to give me any contact details with the reason that if i send it back cause its from europe the bag will stick in customs and they wont be able to get it back. So i told them to give me full refund which i was informed that i can have it, it says it clearly on their website...They refuses to give me refund and they told me they can just list me as VIP an give 5% discount on next order...What can i do???? I spent 140 euros on something i didnt order and it seems fake too...
