After researching the quality of hair through Pinterest. I ordered product and it took 2 months due to being held up ??? I then received them and had them installed and once washed they where very unmanageable. Tangles were horrible and when I wrote to the company they offered me 50% off on next order. I then responded that I would not put another dime into something I purchased that was not what it said it was. Never offered me a new set so we can just see if it was a bad batch of hair. Then they wanted me to pay $50 and I said I will not pay for anything. I was already out the money for install and had to get them out. They said that is the best they can do considering hygiene regulations in which I wouldn't think they would resell the hair I used lol. They could not do anything about broken or opened packages. My problem with this you take a gamble on what you purchase. They say tangle free and beautiful shinny hair but to know if the hair stands up to its standards you won't know until washed. And if you are in the hair business that would not be an issue because the weft is treated and the luster if it is virgin won't change after washing. Customer service for me was not for the consumer and product I received was not what I paid for. Cost I lost was $200 for hair as well as instal $200 and now to get them out $200 so far from ever one star...
