I ordered the product with a 30 day free trial. I called within the 30 days and said I wanted to return the product. She said that it was too late for the $87+ not to be charged to my credit card but as soon as they received the product, they would refund to my card. She gave me an RMA number and I mailed it. After a couple of weeks, I still have not gotten the refund so I called their customer service.
