I recently bought a Sunshine Girl hair straightener from ISO Beauty Inc. via eBay. It was shipped to me on 11/9 and stopped working in less than two weeks. I was shocked to learn that the "lifetime warranty" ISO offers on this product requires me to pay $29.99 for "shipping and handling" in addition to the $9.00 I paid to ship the defective product back to ISO's wholesaler in California.
