On September 2009 I wanted to try their flavored tea i paid for shipping for a trial.I was supposed to have 2 weeks to try the tea. 5 days later, my credit card was charged $39.73 for tea I have not even received yet. I have been trying to get a refund from the middle of September of 2009. Now it is January 27, 2010. I have been told that I would get this money back on my new card, it did not show up. the lady named Olivia, told me she would call me back in 7 business days to check if I had received the refund.
