They seem to be able to charge whatever they want for recovery, because they only take cash after dark, and heaven forbid you want to use a card during the day to get your car back. Hi, I got transferred from Delhi to Chennai with a Gas connection transfer voucher from HP Gas. With no HP dealers at my nearby location (camp road), I checked with nearest Indane Gas for the connection transfer. This store replaced my left front axle with a wrong one 2 times claiming it was the right one. I did not believe what was going on so I took it to the dealership and they immediately identified it as a wrong axle. These guys swore by it that they had in the right axle . The shell gas station did not have any signs visabily posted that stated that the gas contained ethanol. When I asked the clerk on due who's name is Victor according to the receipt he said that the gas contained ethanol. I informed him there were no signs his responce was someone must have taken them. I or my wife could not see on any of the pumps any where that a stick could have been that would have said contains ethanol. What a cluster! They have no way of taking or keeping orders straight. I asked for an oil change, new battery and new wiper blades. I was told the battery was $49.99 and when I checked out it was actually $149.99. A price list on the wall would help. I would go as far as to say Alamo LAX are criminals! Do not rent from them!
