My Volkswagen Touran's front shocks was replaced by Speedy Brits. A few days later, a noise came from front wheel area and sseing it was not a flat tyre, I drove slowly home and took the car the next day to the nearest Wheel Centre. When they removed the wheel, the centre bolt just fell out! The wheel bearing was broken in the process and my car got towed in to Speedy Brits for repair. Just a little less than two years ago I bought a Vehicle from this company in Bellville, I had this bike serviced regularly at the branch, after the third service the back brake lever rapped itself around the axle creating the back wheel to lock up causing me nearly to fall.(caused by there so called mechanic that never tightened a nut) I took the bike into them and this according to them did not fall under there warranty, I then noticed that the back wheel spokes was starting to brake, again I returned the bike to them, this too was not... read full review »

Per instruction from VW SA my car was towed to Lindsy Saker Midrand and damaged on delivery. I was not present, but noticed the damage when I arrived the next day to collect my vehicle. Damage was done to the front spoiler; this clearly happened as they offloaded the vehicle. Allan (services manager) then instructed the technician to note it on the damage sheet so that it could be taken up with First Road. After following up with VW no one is willing to own up. I ordered a dash and airbags from Lee. but only received the airbags, He then offered a refund at less than half of cost of dash. The lights I ordered are missing the insides and are useless. The electronic gearlever is rusted and controlbox does not work. Lee refuses to accept returned items nor does he refund the monies paid. He solicited deposits on pre-text he will send you the parts but it does not arrive, he then blames courier companies but they have no record of it be picked up. read full review »

I've got a 2008 Lincoln Navigator which we bought new. It now has 30, 000 miles on it. The A/C went out in July. In early August, we took it in to get repaired. It's under warranty. However the part they needed doesn't exist. It won't be available until September 28th.This was confirmed by other Lincoln and Ford dealers. $60K Vehicle + Bad A/C + Bad Parts = a thoroughly PO'd customer. Car was damaged due to driver neglect. Driver placed my classic Convertible car, on the bottom of the truck where all the other vehicles leaked fluids and dripped grease on its white convertible top. sir, I have purchased maruti 800 dated on 16 th march 2010 at Jaikrishnaa auto sales pvt ltd in coimbatore. Vehicle reg no TN 37 BH 2012. I have completed three free services regularly at sree saradhambal auto mobiles, namakkal. While taking delivery at the 3rd free service, I noticed the complaint in steering and wheel alignment. I informed the same to the servicing centre. But they convinced me and assured that fault will be rectified in the next service. The tyre (front right ) fully worn out at 13, 800 km. I purchased a 2004 Ford F-350 from autoville on Fulton ave. I paid $21, 000.00 cash for this truck and 3 days later water starting pouring out of the tail pipe from the radiator, causing the truck to over heat! This is a 6.0 diesel with around 100, 000 thousand miles on it. This truck should go 300, 000 +. When I brought the truck back, they showed me the door? I later found out that this truck was advertised on the internet for $19, 000.00? I do not recommend autoville to anyone buying a new vehicle. Do not buy insurance from this company, they will not pay what you claim. I have been with this company since 1999 claims free. I made a claim this July 2010 first one ever, it was for vandalism of my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4x4. The entire driver side was scratched from front to back and very deep, the grill was smashed, the gauges broken, the signal arm broken right off, the leather driver’s seat stabbed, the tail gate was scratched, there was a substantial amount of damage. i purchased my FZ in April End this year from Emm Pee motors. Since Day one of purchasing the bike, there was intermittent problems of Mis firing in the engine. I bought this to the notice of the dealer who adjusted the carburettor settings and told me that the problem was resolved. In June 2009 I purchased a new scooter and paid cash. I also paid the tax and license fees when I purchased it and the agreement was I would receive the license plate, registration and title in the mail but never did. I have left messages for the company and have not recieved a call back. Now the phone numbers listed are disconnected. Now I have to go to the DMV and try to get it all fixed and probably have to pay more fees. When I went to the DMV prevously they said they had nothing on file for the scooter so I'm not even sure if they will be able to help me. read full review »

LPTN is known for bad business practices. This company is known to sell vehicle that are defected. Also you will go this dealership to buy a vehicle they would be very friendly and courteous but once you give them your money and drive away withe the vehicle and there is a problem they eill give you a lot of run around sometime refuses to answer the phone. I have spoken to the service manager on numerous occasions - he is not the most client service oriented person I have ever dealt with. I ordered a used replacement axle for my 2003 Mercedes Benz, confirmed via fax, 6 emails and 4 phone calls what part I needed. The invoice said it would fit, but the part was mis-marked and did not fit. It was too large on one end by several thousandths. When I called for refund, they agreed for a 100% refund AFTER I paid to ship it back. I have been paying $89 .62 since 8/31/09. The first time I take it in they say they don't cover any of the items I need done to my car I change the Oil every 3, 000 miles as asked and transmission fluid as asked. I am disability and need my car now I the dealer said I need over $ 5000.00 with They will not pay for anything. Can I at least have the money I paid into this Account since 8/31/09 $89.62. If someone tells you your car loan is through CPS or Consumer Portfolio Services run the other way. You would be better off on the bus trust me. They are rude, arrogant and think they are better then you if you screw up. I have an auto loan with wachovia and my ex fell behind on her payments. They never contacted me and are now trying to repo my car and hold me liable. I have talked with them two days in a row trying to pay and get caught up and all they keep doing is being rude and not assisting me at all. I had a car accident on Sat, 25 Sep 2010 on a gravel road 50km from Laingsburg Western Cape. My car fell in a ditch and lied on its right side. A farmer helped us and called out the towing service. They came and towed the car out of the ditch and then to Laingsburg. Time including driving at the most 2 hours. On Mon, 27 Sep 2010 he towed the car to Worchester, not more than a 150km.
