I purchased 3 new tires from Mavis in NY before driving back to my home in Montana. Within 24 hours the front left tire was low. I suspected they did not mount it correctly. Since I was traveling across the US, I stopped once or twice a day and put air in it. I won the scooter as a prize in October of 2008. I received the scooter and a certificate of origin. I went online in November of 2008 to www.rightwayatv.com/msorequest.cfm and filled out the form so I could get the title. After several months and no title, I went online again and couldnt even find the website. My vehical has been taken to this facility 3 times and they have not found out what is the matter with the car. My boyfriend and I own a 1999 dodge dakota truck. He was at camp and i had to take the truck in to get the heating/cooling system fixed. My husband took his car to Hi-Q to get new tires fitted. We paid for the wheel balancing, but the balancing was totally out. PayPal is a really bad company that dosen't do what they were set up to do. They don't protect the buyer from fraudulent sellers in any way. They seem to be working for the con artists or sellers instead. I have contacted them after an item was returned for a refund and I didn't receive one. They told me that they couldn't do anything for me that I would have to contact my bank. I did but the bank said it was their responsibility to fix the problem and not theirs.If PayPal dosen't fix this kind of thing then why do they exist? Gave me a price for worst case senierio of $1000, then after the shop recieved my vehicle, they asked for a $891 deposite before work got started. After I payed deposite, they told me $1200 more deposite to fix vehicle, plus I will have to pay the shop $875 for fixing it. In March of 2010 I took my 02 Chevy Trailblazer in because the transmission was skipping the 1st gear sometimes after the engine was heated up. $400 later and a new solenoid didn't fix the problem.
