On August 28th 2010 my car rearended a car in front of it while being on the car wash conveyor (at Terrible Herbst Car Wash in Henderson @ Sunset and Annie Oakley) due to the car wash employees not watching the process closely and perhaps not pressing the stop button (or the such) when it was required. We hired a car from Car Hire UK and were charged a deposit GBP 670 which we were topld wpould be refunded when the car was returned in good condition and with a full fuel tank. This was complied with and 4 months later we have not had a refund. In addition we have tried calling them but cannot get through to them on their telephone number. Always engaged. We have spoken to the reservations office who give an email address to contact the customer d=services office but this always comes back as incorrect address. MOST OF THEIR CARS ARE AUCTION REPOS ! I purchased a used 2003 BMW 325 sedan from these crooks and it needs $3500.00 in repairs and they told me to "get lost". I was told the vehicle was serviced and inspected by they're mechanics, only to find out it has internal engine problems. The engine started knocking after I only drove it 250 miles and the mechanic at the BMW dealer told me they must have put something in the oil to "quiet" it down long enough for me to get it off the lot. First of all...they only accept CASH deposit into their bank account, they don't tell you this upfront. Also, the deposit is non-refundable and is required prior to opening your tranny and repairing it, not upfront about this either. This price is between $890-1100 approx. Had a flat tire on the left front. I followed the scissor jack placement instructions and was parked on a flat asphalt parking lot. On the second turn of the jack spindle, the "hooked" end broke off completely. When I looked as to how the thing was made, I couldn't believe my eyes. This dealer sells good quality products. The owner is top notch when it comes to selling his products, but his words alone is worth as much as the air coming from his mouth. Whatever you purchase from this guy, "make sure he writes it all on in details on the contract". Furthermore, don't sign the "Delivery consent form" unless you are sure that is mentioned on the contract has been meet. I brought two axle shafts to Sullivan tire to press new bearings on. They cut into one shaft, pressed the abs pick up gear in so far it could not read, and did not install the bearing retaining clip. The second axle they heated the abs gear pressed it on to far, stripped the abs gear, and did not install the bearing retaining clip.
