Even though they demanded a credit card and I had a valid id from both federal and another state they wouldn't rent me a carpet cleaner. I had a leak and so I had to go home and hope that the carpet wouldn't get moldy. They made me wait 20 minutes for the person who handled the carpet cleaner rental to stop "being busy" to help me. Well the 05' Softail Saga is OVER!! I had finally had enough after my bike was in the shop 9 times...they NEVER fixed the issue that it was having. Screwed up the paint on my tank and NEVER fixed it like they said they would. My pipes turned blue from them trying to just adjust the carb. instead of fix the issue. Was treated LIKE SHIT!! I recently purchased a 2011 M56x for Infiniti of Orland Park. When purchased there were aftermarket rims/tires on the car. Really made the car. Well after having the vehicle a few weeks, I had to take it in for ECM updates, , which by the way took this dealership 4 times to get it to work. But everytime they worked on the car, they cleaned the car. Which I was thankful for.. but, but. I told the porter NOT to spray any chemicals on those rims, that it will deteriate the chrome.. On friday morning, 21082009, my family were victims of a burglary at home while we were in the house. Thankfully we were not harmed in anyway. The main issue is that apart from the household contents stolen our car keys and house keys were also stolen. I am told by Auto and General that I need to pay the normal excess plus a theft excess and in addition to this I need to pay the vehicle excess to replace the keys for the vehicle. I purchased a BMW 525i 2001 a year ago. It started to break down within weeks of purchase. So after 4 Tow Truck trips and over two and a half thousand dollars in repairs later, I could no longer afford to keep this car. It has been frankly the worst car purchase I have ever made. I made an arrangement with the yard that they on-sell the car on my behalf, and stupidly did not go onto the yard and check things until 8 weeks later. Paint on the 2010 Kia Soul is a known and widely publicized fact that it is pure junk. Dealers/Kia of America will not reconize. They tell you to turn it in to your insurance company. A scam of Americas insurance companies. They (Kia) should be run out of America. They are an insult to America. Paint is chipping from bugs, rain drops, wind/air, etc. In just a few short months my 2010 is junk and cannot even be sold. This was the most agonizing, drawn out, and unnecessarily complicated vehicle purchase I have ever made. I will never use this dealership again, and will warn others about the poor customer service, lengthy delays, and total lack of follow up I experienced here. They are very sweet and eager to please until you sign the agreement, then they couldn't care less about you. I bought a used 2006 Porsche 911 from this dealer and upon delivery I found the battery box cover lying in the luggage compartment. When I arrived home after driving 1-1/2 hours the car was hard to start indicating a discharged battery. There was a CarFax report this car had several repairs for not starting. The dealer said it was repaired satisfactorily and that if there was still a problem they would fix it or pay to have it repaired. My last car payment was Feb 2010 in the amount of 3300.00 which I don't know how it balloon so high off of two payments being in the back of the loan. i bought two quads from no limit racing. the childrens quad's wheels keeps on coming loose and even falling off. this after less that one hour of operation. the adult quad is of very poor quality as it has not been operational for more that two hours since we bought it. this quad keeps on cuuting out. both quads have been taken back to the company twice for repairs, but to no avail. they now just ignore me and this has cost me R13 000. their explanation now is that all quads loose their wheels. this is a serious injury hazard especialy to... read full review »

Our place got flooded my dad's car was drowned in the water for 3 days... When we were fixing his car, we badly need some of its auto parts to replace the wet parts which could no longer be use because it were already covered with thick muds and its wet all over... since we don't have any means of transportation to go to auto shops... i decided to look via online on how to purchase auto parts with free delivery. I had a Nissan Maurano 06, that had the ignition key get stuck inside and the lock was broken and would not release the Key. Contacted Nissan Global to get assistance in maybe at least providing the part while i would pay for the install. It was the worst experience dealing with this golliath of a Corporation, and not backing up their bad product. Who ever heard of a Key ignition going bad. That should last the lifetime of the car. I would recommend staying away from Cost U Less Insurance in California, as their agent I went to for my auto insurance completely misled me over the phone and actually tried to still sell me a polcy once I was in the office. When I called in he was very friendly and gave me a price quote that sounded good for basic coverage on my vehicle, but when I got in the office, the BS started. My wife rented an Hyundai Accent 2010 for a trip to PEI. (We live in Gatineau Que). A squirel ate through the gas line at a camp site and she needed to replace that rental with another from the same company. (The part has to be ordered and will take 10 days to arrive). Now, with abandonment fees etc. this could cost us over 2000.00. I've heard of rodents eating engine wiring but to use the same yummy plastic on gas lines... Are they kidding? This should be illegal. I don't normally do this but I had such a horrible experience I felt I had to share it... On Monday evening 8/23/2010 at approx. 8PM my 2010 Toyota Camey would not start. The next morning at 7:45AM I called Toyota assistance to come pick up the car and repair it as its under warranty and has only 5, 500 miles and is only 6 months old.
