Rick Small, General Manager of Nissan of Bergenfield, (201-385-3600-Ext. 1001) has not as promised sent the paperwork for the extended five (5) Year Nissan warranty for the Nissan 20010 and refund for$144.57 for the tire. I had a Nissan 2009 that was a lemon and Nissan gave a buy back with the Nissan 2010. I was told that everything we had for the 2009 including the extended warranty would be on the 2010. I placed an order with this company expecting UPS Ground delivery. They instead e-mailed me a Fedex number. It was Fedex Home Delivery (lower service). They shipeed later than they claimed with the tracking number causing a 5 day delivery to become a 8 day delivery. Then they shipped to some other address to boot. The company had an excuse for everything and not once did they do anything to rectify the problem or offer at least an apology. poor company! I purchased a 2007 Ford Taurus on September 13, 2008. Mileage was 31396 at time of purchase. Along with my purchase was a life time warranty on my transmission through Warrant Forever provided by Amato. I have waited to make this complaint as I wanted to give the manger the opportunity to do the right thing. Last year November 2008 I went to Circus Circus for supper with my fiancé and I had a prawns and chicken pasta. After supper about 45 mins later I went into an anaphylactic shock which is food poisoning. According to Toyota SA's bulletin (Ref: 2 2008 8) all Hilux common rail diesel models timing belt and gears must be inspected at every 30 000km severe service. On 22122008, Job card no:33874 our Hilux went for its 30000km service at Burgersfort Toyota.Engine number: 2D7404781, Reg: BPD232L. Both my passenger and I can attest to the fact that there was no damage to the car. We filled the car up and washed the windshield one mile from the airport we returned the car to. Motion Cars of Swindon UK may look above- average as second-hand car dealers go. They have a slick website and polite enough sales manner. Once I had paid it evaporated into eternal lunch-breaks and "He'll call you back" unreachability though. On driving the 80 miles home I discovered the seriously faulty clutch( & it turned out flywheel) which had seemed ok in the test-drive. Me, my father and my grandmother have been customers for over 30+ years... he passed away and i tried to file a claim for his hospitalization insurance and they wanted to give the money (what little they were going to pay) to his ex wife, not to me or the hospital to help pay the bill... who ridiculous is that... i am now dropping my policies...what a shame we have wasted money for so lomg. i feel bad for the others who are being ripped off... after reading all these reviews I am blown away...seems like such a scam read full review »

Don't waste your time or money with JTM Auto. I purchased 2 car alarms from JTM Auto (which also trades on eBay). I had them both professionally installed by an auto electrician (recommended by JTM Auto). Within weeks, both have stopped working. Seller claims to provide 1 year warranty, but does not respond to any emails / phone calls etc... Worker came to a call regarding ignition keys to be replaced for a lock of an ignition of newer car. He quoted me 110 for replacement key that would turn the ignition and open the doors and trunk. he said an extra key would be made if I wanted one for $3.00 extra . I requested him to make the key for sure and paid him $122.61. The key never could turn on the car and the original key was finally found just to see that the ignition did not start with the original key. No refund was given . 2 keys that only opened the car doors and the trunk for 122.61. Something wrong with this picture? He wants to now sell an ignition for 300 dollars. read full review »

I am agreeing with a similar post. Same thing happened to me. The dealership let me drive off with the car and then called a few days later saying I needed a "co-applicant". As soon as I said that I would not do that, they started calling and harrassing me to bring the vehicle in immediately. I had no problem doing that but I was working, had previous plans and I also needed to find a ride home. I took it back to them to fix and on that same day I asked for a refund and they said no that all sales were final. On 20/08/2010 an Autoglass engineer came to my place of work to replace a cracked windscreen. Having removed the cracked windscreen he discovered a small (1cm square) area of rust in one corner. As a consequence Autoglass refused to either fit a new windscreen or replace the old one. They explained that the small area of rust may cause the windscreen to crack again in the future.
