I had sold my car (KA04-MB-2706) to TVS Sundaram Iyengar & Sons Limited. The over-zealous car dealers took my signatures on all car ownership transfer papers to be submitted to RTO stating that they would complete the transfer procedure themselves, which was never done. Now, I am getting notices for fine payments for any traffic violations caused by the current owner of the car. Several complaints to TVS Sundaram have not yielded results, and they claim that the unit to which I had sold the car has closed down, and they are not able to track down papers related to whom the car was subsequently sold. read full review »

Me and my friend wanted to buy some milk one night, so we drove to this Petro Canada gas station on McCowan and Steeles at around 12:30 am on Saturday, July 24, 2010. My friend (who used to work at that gas station), told me that there was this "nice and calm" guy by the name of AMGAD who worked the weekday night shifts over there. Check engine light on took it to the dealer who told me that it the charcoal device in the emission control system needed replacing, over $600. I ask if it was covered under the ZERO emissions warranty. They told me that it wasn't. Not very trusting of car dealers I called Toyota customer service. They told me that it was covered. Had I not call Toyota the dealer could have charged me and then turned in a warranty reimbursement. For god's sake this is a Toyota dealer you'd think they'd know what'c covered, yes? we bought a 06 mini van from this dealership, and per texas law, we had 72 hours to reconsider our purchase of the vehicle, we chose instead to purchase an 08 from another dealer, at a savings of $4, 600. when we attemped to return the 06 at Clear Lake Dodge, we were treated to about 2 hours of delay, threats, and out right lying. when i called the finance company. I purchased a 2010 Buick Lacross from this dealer and it only had one key. They said that they had ordered one form General Motors back in Dec.2009 when they received the car with only one key. I have had this car a month and I still do not have my other key. I am very worried if I lose this key, I will not be able to use my car. I think a month is plenty of time to receive my key. I have a 2001 Honda Civic Lx Sedan with almost 90k miles. Origianlly we got the car with alittle over 150k miles... at around 160-170k miles the engine gave out. So we replaced it with a used one. Even before the engine gave out the car shocks made a squeek like niose that got louder as we would brake to stop or make a slow turn. Now the car has been leaking and for some reason we cannot figure out why. Now just recently we had to replace a sensor and now the computer to the might of fried! Why does my car keep messing up? Beware of Lesage Group owned Mr. Lube in Ontario, Newmarket. Just wanted to share a bad experience with the Lesage Group owned Mr. Lube in Newmarket, Ontario. My wife went in for the oil change just before our road trip from Toronto to Montreal at this location. Just a basic oil change package. Horrible company, absolutely the worst. I called them to order auto parts. They also sell on ebay, but tell you to call first to make sure the item is in stock. Then, they offer a discount if you buy directly, which I did, using a credit card. They sent me a piece of junk, cracked and broken parts with white glue all over the cracked areas. UNBELIEVABLE! Not only was the car marked $3, 000.00 over blue book value, which they somehow were able to lower the price through "a special deal", but the salesperson was dishonest in many aspects. I own a 2003 Windstar Limited. It has a little over 100K on the odometer. We were traveling on open interstate, no incline, operating with the cruise control. Without warning, the rpm's jumped up like it shifted to neutral. I tried all gears on the selector as we lost momentum - nothing. At least we could have A/C while we waited. Oh, and we were 140 miles from home. The nearest dealer quoted us nearly $4000 for a remanufactured one. We had a quote for $1400 to rebuild ours, and $750 to replace with a used one. BUYER BEWARE !!! Bought a car and bought the Extended Warranty - drove it around town short distances, no problems, less than 10 days after purchase, drove on highway at highway speeds. The transmission burned out. When towed to the repair shop, Warranty company was called. I bought a 95 Neon from JD Byrider who promised me a great car. I didnt have to put a lot down and was supposed to be paying 199.00 a month. Instead I was paying 300.00 per month. I will never buy another Kia. I have a 2009 Kia sorento and it needs a new transmission with less than 12, 000 miles. Kia doesn't not want to cover any rental costs or supply me with a loaner car. They just want to replace the transmission and send me on my way. I believe this vehicle was sold to me as a lemon. There's no way the transmission should be out, I drove off the lot with less than 20 miles. Does anyone have any legal suggestions they can offer? *WARNING* This is a terrible place to get auto mechanic work completed. The wait time for myself, as well as all the other customers I saw there complaining that their services took exceeding longer than was originally told (I was told 2-4 hours, it became 4 days). I recently purchased a steering rack for my 1999 Pontiac from BestValueAutoParts.com. They had the best advertised price and assured me it was the correct part for my vehicle. The part arrived in a box without any packing material and was protruding from the box on one end. call co. for update on my warrinty and was told it was out of date.. so i then when to a local mechanic to fix my truck, he told me that the part should have been replaced because it was difective by company when i contact them about this they said because i already had my vehicle fixed outside the company they could not honor any defective warrities . and then tried to tell me that the mechanic over priced me on fixing my truck when they didnt want to help in first place... they could have at least told me to bring it in and check it out first and could solved problem right there instead of telling me there is nothing they could do... read full review »

I was working for Oxendale and decided to buy a car through them. I put my $1200 deposit down and put a new $800 sterso system with seperate subwoofers in it as well. Well less then a month later I decided to quit knowing I'd forfeit my deposit which was ok. I purchased a 2010 Winnebago Via with a Dometic refrigerator which according to Winnebago was specially designed for this motor home (I doubt that). The unit has a fan "whine" that runs almost 24 hours a day, off and on. Also the freezer frosts over and the temperature drops in the refrigerator portion and food spoils unless you defrost frequently.
