On 7/29/10, I recieved a call from National Auto. When I calmly questioned the authenticity of the company, the sales person became irrate and called me "lazy" because I would not go retrieve my vin number so he could read it to me as proof of the company's knowledge of my car. He then told me I should be driving a Cheaper car since I could not afford $100 to pay down on this insurance! Its been more than 6 months i have bought my car, i have not yet received my insurance documents. Everytime i bring this to their notice and they pass the buck on the Reliance insurance company. I guess its part of their job to provide me wtth the documents as they were gthe one who got my car insurance done. I am really fed up with them. read full review »

Last Saturday (July 24, 2010), after several years of having "weird" readouts and adjustments at the dealership. my transmission failed on Chicago's Kennedy Expressway. My daughter and friend were in the car, which had to be towed to my my mechanic a few miles away. Telling cunsumers they need four new tires on all wheel drive cars when just two are needed. They have to match tred design with the old tires and your fine. They tried to tell me that I needed tires all the way around when just the front was worn. They use a 1/2 true story so you will buy 4 tires insted of 2. Liers! We used Camping World for a mass of work on our newly purchased RV, our experience left us with an EXCEPTIONALLY bad taste, here is a précis of what happened: Having booked it in we left a written list, we also backed this up with emails confirming various matters so all was clear, what transpired was a joke. The TVS Motor dealers make people really get furious the way they respond. Firstly there is no customer service at all. To sell their product they use all their techniques had offs... to that. Since we customers are in need of a vehicle we find this is good. But when we start our service with them. They really take us on our veins. The same was taken to your authorized service station In Chandigarh that is Hind Motors on 10th December 2007 for Major service due at 50000kms with no starting problems. Beware!! Total rip off in repair services. I went in to fix a squeaking noise coming from my right rear tire and the sales consultant there, Brad Glincher, recommended that I also get the 60K maintenance service. Thinking that I might as well get it since I'm here anyways, I agreed. He then suggested all other optional add-on services and called it "World Class Inspection". The dealer told my brother our 2010 Via was fixed after over 30 days at their Hillsboro shop. It was purchased in March and had some problems. It was taken to the dealer in Portland and the inverter was not fixed then we took it to the Hillsoboro shop and they told my brother it was fixed, but when he arrived nothing had been done to it. Then I came down from Seattle to find that they still had not fixed most of the issues. They kept saying "could not replacate" or "call the manufacturer". Purchasing a car from Hurley Auto Sales has been the biggest mistake of my life, no exaggeration. My fiance and I purchased a used car from Hurley Auto Sales at the end of June 2010. The salesman who sold us the car promised us "I would never sell a car that's not good." Within an hour of purchasing the car and driving home, the check engine light came on. I was charged $380.00 AU on the internet when I booked a rental car through thrifty. When i picked up the car I had to pay the full fee and thrifty informed me they do not charge any fees over the internet, nothing should have been charged to me credit card. Good customer service during pickup and delivery but ABSOLUTELY NO flexibility with the rate. It felt as though the money would be coming directly out of Bob's payroll check if he did. I told him I was going to another supplier who deliver a 24' Flatbed truck for $1500 mo and unlimited mileage compared to his $2200 mo and .22 mile. Only offered a complimentary 10% discount on a 2nd truck but no reduction otherwise. Times are tight. This small business is lucky to still be around. We have a top of the line SS Kitchenaid, side by side, cabinet depth refrigerator... actually, we have had two in less than three years. The first was delivered, brand new, out of the box with defects in three of the major sub assemblies. The thing didn't work at all. The retailer of course sent us to Kitchenaid customer service. We have a 06 Honda Civic with the CVT transmission which we bought new. Have had the 30k, 60k and 90k CVT services done. A week after the 90k service we stop at a stop sign and the transmission goes out. We have owned 13 Honda's and have driven the wheels off, getting around 200k to 250k miles out of them. Called American Honda and faxed service records over for review. They call back after 4 weeks of waiting to tell me they will cover $700.00 of the new CVT transmission at over $5000.; for a new one. First they tried to deny insurance claim outrightly thereafter they entertained on warning of not taking insuarnce from them in future. First of all I have been having problems with my vehicle. It turns out that the "CHECK ENGINE" signal came on and also a "jet " sounding engine along with it. I have been having problems with my cars performance. . I have read online that almost everyone that owns the same vehicle goes through the same problem and the dealer charges approximately 600-800 dlls to fix this problem. My issue here is that if its the manufactures defective part causing all of this hassle why do I have to pay for a defective part that has to be delt as a recall. They say you have to replace a fan clutch and in some cases reprogram the PCM. read full review »

If Gm knows that all trailblazers, no matter what the years are, that the sensor in the gas goes bad then why is there not a recall. Mine is only 3 years old still looks brand new and now this is going out. Its not under warranty naturally. So now I am left to pay for this high priced part. From looking online it appears that there are a many consumers with the same problem. In this day and age we need to be able to drive something that isnt going to fall apart and cost us more money as soon as warranty is up. I bought a 2005 kia sorento in 2008 of july it is aug 2010 now and the front seal is leaking and the wheel beerings are messed up on the front right had baught extra warrenty went to get the problem fixed and they told me that they could not honner and fix my problem because KIA had sold me a car that had a Branded title: buyback/lemon...
