Acai berry product was received for a 30-day free trial. One day after the end of the 30-day period, I called to cancel any further orders and charges. Sometime later, I received a shipment and subsequent charge to my credit card. Since there was a different name on the product, I did not recognize it. site stated they buy genuine clothing from dealers. Items were to be Abercrombie and fitch. Prices indicate clothing should be genuine and of good quality. Upon receipt pocket on one side of hoody was not finished while other side was. Quality was extremely poor (terrible). Stitching was haphazard, fabric was the cheapest possibly available, jacket was made in India. Order was $200 items worth maybe $35-$40. This web site used pictures of authentic Ugg boots to sell their "knock-off" boots. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours, but the "company" told me it was too late. I have dealt with reputable online companies who will honor a cancellation within a 24 hour time frame. Now, I'm stuck with boots that are too small and cannot mail them back because my local post office says I will need to find a US Post Office who will take packages that will mail out of the country. On January 14th, 2010 I was terminated from Infuse Creative, LLC. As of date (January 26th, 2010) I have yet to receive my last two week full payment dating 01-01-2010 through 01-14-2010. I Placed an order for the free trail offer for Acai Pure and I’m like many others who are in a battle with the company for refund. I agree with the previous complainer. My wife didn't find out about this til she was balancing her account. My concern is that they will change the terms and conditions to try to charge us again. The operator said she could change the Ts and Cs at any time. Who knows what they will try to do! We cancelled the accounts used to but these products. I have tried calling to cancel my membership and was told to go to their website since they were revising their phone system. After going to the website there isn't a customer service link on the website just complaints. I want to cancel my membership, and my credit card company will not change my number until I send a letter of complaint and there isn't a listing as to where to send the letter. A real catch 22. I ordered 3 large tubes from www.letsgotubing.com and received 3 medium sized tubes. After many emails and phone calls I finally was able to get a hold of somone. They said the would send out 3 new tubes. It's almost 3 months later with no sign of new tubes. I will send back the tubes I receive when the new tubes are sent and will remove this compaint. I was very surprised when my 7 year old daughter called and said there is glass in her noodles. She was almost done with her soup when she saw it. I am very worried because I do not know if she had swallowed any. I tried to find a number of contact but there was none. The therapists are not treated with respect by the owner...even though you couldn't have a massage facility without them. These therapists are all very skilled licensed professionals who chose Zen because of the location. As one of these therapists, I can attest to how difficult it is to give someone a great massage when morale is low and the owner is skimming our profits. I've done this (and used the "contact us" form on their web site) around a dozen times over the last month. They've never responded. Dr. Chang did 5 surgeries on me, and I cannot recommend him. In the latest surgery which was re-doing a previous surgery he did, he caused more damage and operated on a part I didn't consent to surgery on. This part was perfect, and now I am disfigured. Had three teeth extracted and two implant posts placed at the Smile Implant Center. Awoke from sedation during surgery and experienced severe pain while they were suturing. Also had excruciating pain following surgery for two weeks from what must have been 'dry sockets'. My mouth is still tender after three months in the tooth #13 implant area when I move my lip.
